We have spent one night at the property. The staff was excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful and great to talk to. All staff exhibited the "no problem" attitude!. They all went the extra mile to please us, being helpful, turning on jacuzzi for us even when it was after hours. When checking-in they even gave us choice about room choice without us asking. We also had complementary massage which was so great that I had booked another massage next day. The restaurant and bar looks great with nice atmosfere. The bad? The rooms are little dated. Our shower head needs some fixing. Toiled also needed some fixing as the water was leaking hence it was making the hissing sound in regular intervals to fill in the water so I have ended up to turning the toiled water off for the night. However, although this would be great to fix that did not bother us since overal we felt that we are being taken care of. I believe that if I would ask the staff to fix the above mentioned issues it will be done, I just did not care much since we were there just for one night. I'll be staying in this property again.. ďakujeme

Our honeymoon at the Grand Hotel Sergio in Pistana, where my husband and I stayed, gave us a beautiful view of the lake and a lovely meal. The staff, particularly the proprietors son, richard, is extremely attentive and kind. He spoke excellent English, and the hotel is very tranquil and peaceful. He studied in Malta, where he lives. It is also pet-friendly. If you want a calm vacation, it is a must-visit place. We were very pleased with our brief visit thanks for all your assistance.

Luxury hotel with private parking offers a very pleasant stay to guests. The room was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Although the breakfast could offer more variety of foods, it was well prepared and tasty. Staff were kind and professional. Overall it is a very good hotel.

We stayed for three nights and everything was great. The room was nice and clean, the food was delicious and the food had a good selection and the staff there made our stay even better. I have to mention the masseur Alexandra she is precise and knows what she is doing. We loved the room next to the lobby with green leather sofas and a fish tank with piranhas all the hotel had an amazing atmosphere.

In spite of this unfortunate event, we were able to enjoy our vacation because of them. The hotel interior was lovely, especially the billiard room, which included a fire station and leather sofas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the sauna, which was lovely! But what truly made the trip outstanding was the service. On the way to the hotel, our car broke down, and all of the staff went above and beyond to assist us in this harrowing situation, which left us stuck in a foreign country without adequate knowledge of the language, and without any idea what to do with the car and how to get home. They found someone to take care of the vehicle, arranged a meeting, and set up conditions, and suggested an alternative way to get home. Thank you very much! Anytime is when we return!.

Co by som vytkla, vzhladom k tomu ze hotel ma 4* - boli nekvalitne vrzgajuce postele, takmer pri kazdom pohybe som sa zobudila na vrzganie a taktiez v kupelni by sa mohli vymenit baterie, kohutiky za nove. Celkovo hodnotim znamkou 2 ;-)

The Sergijo is an old hotel from the fifties that has had a minor facelift. The hotel is on the outskirts of Piestany, about five km from the center of town. Rooms are adequate but cramped with outdated furniture. The separate WC is in a small space as is the shower and wash basin. Breakfast is a combination of cold cuts and hot food. The restaurant is good basic fare with comfortable seating outside and inside.
