This is a modern, clean hotel close to tara mountains. We had half board with lots of options and spent some time in the wellness and vip sky lounge. Unfortunately there was only one elevator at the hotel, which was very busy. Also, the wellness center's opening hours could be more flexible if you are on the road during the day. The staff was friendly and polite, even though the restaurant was completely empty. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but there is still room for improvement.

I would give my full recommendations and five stars if the events above did not occur. How do I begin this evaluation of this well-located and well-equipped 4-star hotel? I don't want to focus on my complaints in a pessimistic manner because this hotel is actually very comfortable. Yet, there are some. First of all, you must pay an additional fee if you ask for an earlier check-in even though your room has already been cleaned. Second, the hotel was insufficiently prepared for a golden week in it's main season from mass to new year because they didn't have a ski bus for guests. I was told that they normally run such a service, but due to the aftermath of the pandemic opening, they had not enough time to manage. I found several other hotels, however. The final reservation concerns the wellness. It is indeed very posh, fully equipped with a fairly large stainless steel pool, pool bar, and a variety of saunas, but when you enter it at 45 in the morning after a whole day skiing and the saunas aren't prepared, one can ask whether they really grasped the meaning of the words wellness hotel as it is marketed. I believe such an experience is unacceptable, particularly since this isn't a cheap hotel to be only complaining. It's rooms, at least the family room we

We were a family of 12 people living in four rooms. The hotel has good amenities. We arrived on Saturday for an eight-night stay. When we arrived, we asked to cancel the last night's stay in one of the rooms. At the time, the service staff could not handle the request, and we were also required to pay in advance for the entire stay. Check-in took very long. When we got the rooms, flooding in two of them took a while to resolve the issue.

This hotel is very nice. I have been staying in this hotel for 6 nights. The room is very clean, modern, and well decorated, as is the public area. There is a huge parking area in front of the hotel. The room is quite large and equipped with all the facilities you need. There is a swimming pool but I didn't use it. Breakfast and dinner were good and could be better.
