The food is very good. We liked the saunas, spas, and resting rooms around the spa/pool complex. The location near a forest with walking trails and the mountain view is spectacular.

Nice hotel north of Poprad at the foothills of the Tatras mountains. Restaurant is ordinary. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Nice bathrooms and the spa is great. They have ski equipment rentals available.

What a hotel! We had the best time, me and my family celebrated Christmas together ( after 11 years of not being home for Christmas) and this hotel just delivered everything we wanted, even more! The customer service is outstanding and so many other hotels can take example from this hotel! Fantastic location, beautiful scenery, food selection excellent. The only downside was the hotel only had only one lift, most of the time full. We didn’t mind, but some people with health issues can struggle to walk up the stairs (several floors.) Also, very small gym, next to saunas, very humid and hot and not enough equipments. Signages at the hotel could be displayed bit more visible, as was bit confusing from the beginning to find the right places (perhaps orientation map for customers to be provided etc) Apart of it, we loved it :) thank you x

Hotel Horizont Resort jsme navštívili s rodinou v únoru 2018 již po druhé. Na tento hotel se rádi vracíme, jelikož nám tam nic neschází. Nejvíce se nám líbí wellness, dostatečné velký nasvícený bazén, hodně míst k odpočinku, a výborný saunový svět. Jídlo formou bufetu se nám taky líbilo, pestrost a velký výběr. Dětem se u hotelu líbilo kluziště s možností zapůjčení bruslí a dokonce i hokejky a puků. Jedinou nevýhodou je, že se hotel nenachází u sjezdovky. Čistota na hotelu a služby personálu byly na perfektní úrovni. Určitě se na tento hotel ještě vrátíme i v jiném než zimním období.

Horizont Resort is hotel with good location, you can get easily anywhere in High Tatras. We had comfortable and spacious mezzanine room with a nice view. Wellness and pool is nice and has lots of corners for relax but private jacuzzi on the top of the hotel is a must! /Needs to be booked in advance/. There is only pne thing we do not like- you need to wait ages waiting for the lift, if you have room on the upper floor. On the other hand you have nice view on the mountains - so it was worth the time :) we will be back for sure.
