We spent two nights here. This is a delightful typical Slovene hotel close to Nina, set in a beautiful forest with hiking trails and a large nature pool. You can get here in a few minutes by car from Wooden Churches, Poland national park, or if you wish to visit Ukraine. Everyone in the hotel is pleasant and tidy! The restaurant offers a very excellent and nice tiny housepool, which is included in the price of about 25 per person with breakfast. We will stay here again if we visit this region again. The hotel kami is located on the outskirts of nina, the last large village in eastern slovakia. The location is very quiet, in the middle of the forest, but surrounded by a swimming pond, a pizzeria and a great walking route. The rooms are tidy, lighted, clean bathrooms are fine, and service is effective, although English is not difficult to communicate, and Russian is widely spoken. The most interesting experience was at the restaurant a lovely terrazza where the menu is nice and aerated, integrating some local cuisine with national slovak dishes. All of them I tasted were well prepared, delicious, and fun. The mushroom soup not fresh mushrooms of the season I went with santana was great, the sander fillets were very good, and the goulash was also good. The most important feature is that nina is a key location to be used as a base to reach and visit two most astonishing places you may want to visit although still overlooked by trip advisors polonium national park a biosphere reserve with an untouched primeval beech forest across Poland, slovakian and ukraine, and the northeastern part of slovakian region where many centerfold wood churches may be found.

All the staff here are very unfriendly and helpful especially for a tall woman with black hair, not understanding anything about this food, as I did in the room, and I had to change the sheets. This hotel has a good hygiene record. The rooms were clean during their 5 days of change. We also had problems in our room, such as the wood burning in the morning and the helpful staff at the reception desk who could communicate in English. The furnishings here were uncomfortable. They didn't want to let anything smelly or get dirty, especially in the room. Besides that, they didn't provide radio, but the staff in the food service were also very unfriendly.
