i will stay at this hotel again in the summer. The staffs were helpful in arranging for our room size which is not too big but still comfortable.

This place is highly recommended. I really liked it. They have outdoor playgrounds and indoor facilities, so they're ideal for families with kids. My family and I were really happy when we arrived this time last week. A grill dinner was served outside on Saturday night. The ambiance was great in this cosy place. However, there was no word that the eatery would not serve lunch because we were wanting to let the kids play outside and take a nap. I'm not sure if it's a day's rule, but it would have been better to look for another place in a timely manner.

I stayed for two nights. Nice breakfast. Nice indoor pool. The hotel is quite kid-friendly, but Slovakian is by far the most spoken language. There was a problem getting cold tap water, and the front desk staff offered cold water from the restaurant.

This place is very disappointing. Just to use the pool, don't stay at this hotel. This is our only swimming pool in Donovan. You can use the saunas and swimming pool with a threehour spa experience. Since they offer two hours of spa treatment, this could be great for couples. The receptionist was just repeating what was said, "There are charges, so we can't reduce or give discounts."

My 3 kids' play room, the full day and night activities, as well as the playroom itself, are all fantastic but the rest are awful. Parents should supervise the children to enjoy a quiet drink. Nevertheless, the room was quite disappointing, we located a travel cot with 2 beds, so we had to pinch a bed from our friend's room for our year old, which left only a very small walkway through to our double bedroom. A week's stay with a family of 5 and lots of ski gear was not comfortable. There were some days when the housekeeping didn't even make the beds or change the glasses. On the plus side, the adults' food was excellent, but the kids' choice at dinner was poor because all 4 children spent a week on bread, rice, sweetcorn, and pudding. The swimming area was also excellent for the kids. The closing of kindergarten at Patty Ski didn't help. We still don't know why, there are some runs open, and there is snow, so we had to spend more time at the hotel looking after the two smaller kids.

Restaurant staff Melanie and Monika are professional. Girls speaks English , very friendly. SPA & pool are big, clean. The furniture around all resort is in very good condition. Just little bit disappointed about the size of room 106, to small for 2 guests. Thank you very much. Stay in hotel from 18-24 .01.2018

The hotel is nicely renovated, it is very beautiful and properly cleaned. However, there is room for improvement. Both our check-in and check-out went extremely slow and we also had to wait for our turn for more than 20 minutes. Staff members were kind and helpful, but none of them (including the receptionist) spoke English. They confirmed via e-mail that we can get a double room, but finally we were given a twin one and they did not change it for us. In the room there were only one towel, one bathrobe, etc. and it was quite an effort to ask for one more because of the language barrier. Unfortunately, we could not sleep after 7 am because of the noise in the corridor (I guess other guests were going to have breakfast and all of their words could be heard in the room). Although there is not a wide choice at breakfast, all the available food and drinks were fresh and tasty. The wellness facilities were in a perfect and clean condition, we liked them a lot and we could use them even on the day of check-out which was great. The WiFi was fast and reliable and there was a strong signal in our room. Upon check-out, the receptionist wanted us to pay for our stay while we had done so on hotels.com in advance and it took several minutes until this was confirmed (she had to call somebody and again because of the fact she did not speak English). Given the fact that our stay was not cheap at all, we found these glitches especially unpleasant (we had high expectations).

Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. Het ontbijt na de eerste nacht was heel eenvoudig, na de 2de dag was er geen ontbijt meer! Ik kon naar mijn werk letterlijk zonder ontbijt. De kamer was heel basic. Bed + bureau zonder sfeer. Geen koffie, thee of waterkoker. Eenvoudig badkamertje. Omdat ik voor mijn werk continue reis maak ik regelmatig gebruik van de "laundry service", dat bestond niet in dit hotel. Ook niet nadat ik duidelijk had gemaakt dat ik er gewoon voor betaal. Er is ook een spa en zwembad. Ik heb alleen de sauna gezien, deze was op zich goed. Echter hangt er een enorm vieze geur in de gangen en vertrekken van de spa, ik heb zelfs navraag gedaan naar de herkomst. De openingstijden tot 21.00 in de avond zijn aangegeven. Maar in rustige tijden dan sluit de spa. Kortom veel betaald voor geen service, Ik heb mijn klacht kenbaar gemaakt, maar het personeel kon alleen de schouders ophalen. Op de vraag wat ze verwachten van mijn referentie kreeg ik geen antwoord. Ik kom hier nooit meer!

For our needs it was a very good hotel. Clean, reasonable breakfast, nice swimming pool. The hotel is geared to families with small children, which we are not, but it was nice to see all those lovely kids. Not enough English speaking channels on TV.
