Great historical hotel, great rooms and close to the old town for exploring. If you need a place to stay that got everything close this is it.

We were only here for one night to enjoy the city for a day before travelling to Lake Bled, but that one day was amazing! The room was fantastic - with a view of the pink church. The breakfast was bountiful. But…it was all about the service. Even before we checked in, they were able to accommodate a bedding request. On the day of our checkout, we traveled up šmarna gora - which took a bit longer than we had anticipated. But Blaž at the front desk was amazing and extended our late checkout so we could prepare before continuing our journey. 11/10 - will stay here again on my next trip to Ljubljana.

My room was clean and spacious. The hotel location couldn’t be beat. It was an extremely short walk to both 3 bridges and the pick-up spot for day tours!!

We had the corner Junior suite booked and they gave us a free upgrade to the grand suite. Hard to describe in words after traveling through Europe and tiny hotel rooms. This had a meeting table for 8. A living room area with three couches. A total of four bathrooms. But every staff member we dealt with was attentive and helpful and spoke great English. Location is prime right at the Central square. Tons of high-end shopping and a short walk to the castle.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the room we were given was superior and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We found the hotel very clean, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was varied and lovely and an excellent start to the day. The hotel restaurant provides supper at night but we didn’t need to use that facility. Perhaps the best resource is the small swimming pool on the 9th floor which is part of the adjacent Eurostars hotel. Because our stay coincided with a heatwave we found the pool reviving and a Godsend - so thank you very much for that (the pool is part of the sauna but we didn’t use that). The hotel clearly has seen some history and pictures in the foyer of thank-you letters is a reflection of that rich history (we saw letters from Madeleine Albright and the Clintons amongst many). Overall we had a great stay and we would return at the drop of a hat to what is a lovely and lovely Ljubljana.

The hotel was in the center where you can get to all attractions and near river walk that has bars and cafes. Great breakfast and best for families. Thank you to the staff that helped us get to the destinations we desired in particular Azbe was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with travel options and get our luggage from airport to hotel.
