I will return!. I stayed there for 2 nights due to work and strongly recommend it. Staff is always available and rooms and common areas are clean. I had lunch, breakfast, and dinner there and can confirm that the food is good and variety. The location in front of the lake is amazing.

Overall, the hotel was overpriced and not worth the money. The hotel is unquestionably in a perfect location, and it's excellent! Almost everything outside and inside the hotel costs extra. Typically, check-out is at a certain time, but the cleaners entered the room around 9 a.m. without knocking, so we figured they would want us to depart as soon as possible. The worst aspect was the room's impassibility, which was a disaster, and every word could be heard in the bars below. Due to the work hours, you probably won't have time for wellness if you remain for less than two days. Even in summer when the days are much longer.

The location of this hotel is perfectly right next to the lake and also perfectly situated in town. They provide a balcony, a breakfast with a huge variety and local specialties. The staff was always available and polite.

Despite other evaluations, we thought the staff was hospitable, and the hotel has recently undergone renovation. We only encountered a few issues. One, we had noise problems because our room was directly above Devil's Bar, ending in our second of four nights so there was no need to go. When we inquired about changing rooms, the front desk stated that they would try again in the morning because they were all full. By then, it would have been our third out of the four nights, so there was no benefit in shifting. I'm aware that other reviews have mentioned this issue with the bar. In the morning, the cleaners are quite noisy. If you aren't an early riser, place the do not disturb sign on your door before going to bed, which will keep them from entering, but it won't stop them from being noisy in the nearby rooms. Every morning, I woke up to doors slamming, vacuum cleaners being dragged about, and so on. In the end, we brought earplugs from the neighborhood pharmacy. I think we had just been unlucky with the location of our first-floor apartment, which was directly above the bar, which is open until midnight every night.
