I give this hotel 45 stars because, even though the facilities are fairly good, the service could be better. Im glad to understand that it is a covid 19 issue, the breakfast offered is very poor. In essence, the same breakfast options every day, the juice is fake, and there is no cereal. We were very surprised, to say the least. Aside from that, the lakeside room is the best.

It turns out that this place has a very good interior, with lots of lounge spaces with beautiful lake views, plus an extensive menu. Plus, despite previous complaints about the unfriendly staff, this place has a very bad rating.

Yes, we will return. My wife and I were traveling as a group and one of our stops was at Pine Lake Inn. I just read a review from someone that said it was the worst service they have ever had from front desk employees. Are they sure they reviewed the correct hotel? We had a great time with the front desk staff and all the staff at the hotel. Its very hard to imagine they werent friendly because the hostess was unbelievable. She was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a good size. We used the pool and loved it very much. The peacock liked watching us in the pool. We went down to the water. lovely property. We had dinner and breakfast at the inn and were happy with both meals.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was good and the hotel is kept up well. The room was spacious and had a good breakfast. But the service needs to be improved during the day because the area was very noisy.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. And then the room is cool and has good air conditioning. After that, the location is great with the beautiful pool and a playground for kids with lake views.
