All around I give a thumbs up!. This property has gorgeous grounds around the guesthouse. There is a nice big room and a large bathroom. Everything is neat and tidy. This property is good value for the money.

We loved the stay here. The room is very nice, and the bathroom has a shower and a bath. There are so many stores nearby, which makes it a great location. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We always stay at batter boys when we need to stay in PTA. They provide great service, lovely buildings and perfect for fun photos. Rooms are always clean and neat and perfect for staying. We love batter boys.

Convenient location if attending eg a wedding in the area or at the hotel. Rooms are rather old but adequate with everything you need.

I would definitely stay there again!. Excellent stay. Very helpful and friendly host was attentive to all our needs. There was an event on Saturday night, but we were not disturbed by noise at all. Would only suggest that roomstaying guests have some marked parking spaces. Once people arrived for the event, we couldn't find a parking space. The aircorn in the room would be a nice addition, but his absence would not prevent us from staying there again.

To switch off the light you switch of the fan. Bed side light does not work. Plugs are not working. Shower drain plug broken

The place is beautiful but for a 4* hotel there is no WIFI......seriously???. Breakfast was average for a 4*. There is need to improve

The room was so cold and they had no heater to warm the place, the receptionist leaves the desk for long and had to wait for her
