Great hotel, friendly staff they couldn't do enough for us, arranged safari for us and pointed us in the direction of restaurants shops and places to stop off and see animals, would definitely recommend

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Beyond the Boma. The place itself is very cute and quaint and has all the amenities you need for a safari stay, including a pool and a BBQ that you can use. But the best thing about this place is Elisha the property manager. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay - the definition of exemplary customer service. He ensured we had everything we needed and more, and was there round the clock to ensure we were comfortable. Our room itself had a kitchenette and a full sized fridge which was very convenient. There is also a nearby shopping center with a grocery store, liquor store, bakery, restaurants and more. The only minor downside was the shower which had a harsh stream. Thanks Elisha and Beyond the Boma for a great stay!

We stayed for two nights. The service was excellent. We chose the self-catering option, so we cannot comment on the meal. It was excellent in terms of lodging. All bedding, rooms, and bathrooms were spotless. A little bit of attention must be paid to minor items. If I had to choose, the curtains had clippings missing, and some kitchenware was lost. The road to the property was a little rough, but with careful driving, it could be reached with a standard sedan. However, all electrical fixtures, including the air conditioning, worked. The boss was extremely helpful. The generator was switched on during load shedding to make sure the air conditioning and lights worked. Excellent lodging overall.

The location was perfect, with a big kitchen, and a big room and very clean. There are numerous terraces where you can observe the sunrise and sunset, and animals passing by near the hotel. The manager, Elias, was friendly and helpful.

The place is also close to the Crocodile bridge gate so that's convenient. The host has a friendly personality and a lovely attitude.

Me and my wife have been traveling around the world for the last four months and Beyond the Boma was by far the worst stay we’ve had. It’s a pretty run down place and most amenities didn’t work or exist. No restaurant, no pool table, no jacuzzi, bad reception/communication, bad wifi, the power kept going out... Just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere
