Amazing place to stay. We were one of the lucky ones to to see a Hippo coming up to the swimming pool to drink water from the pool.

Best position in St Lucia. Saw Hippo’s on hotel grounds twice. Gardens and pool area make this one of the best options for a short stay. The rooms, although not huge, were serviced and kept neat and clean. Restaurant food compared with the best you will find in town. Portions were generous, and the service better than expected. Overall good value. Breakfast choices would satisfy most travelers. Wi-fi was slow, but adequate. We stayed in self- catering apartments in St Lucia previously, but this is without a doubt the best option for short stop-over. The highlight of our stay was seeing the hippo up close, grazing right next to the hotel pool.

Clean and well maintained. Our room is very pleasant and totally adequate. Bathroom spotless and spacious too. Nice!! Amazing restaurant with friendly staff and great food. Gardens and pool area is gorgeous and we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

Elephant Lake hotel is situated perfectly in St.Lucia within walking distance to all restaurants and stores.While the room was comfortable we ould of preferred a queen size bed instead of 2twin beds pushed together. The telephone in the room was not operational meaning we had to keep walking to reception for any assistance. We booked activities through the hotel which were absolutely amazing and we really appreciate the hospitality from the hotel as well as our amazing game drive guide, Sipho. The game drive and sunset boat cruise along the estuary is a must! Breakfast was good.

Had wonderful stay at Elephant Lake Hotel, wish it could have been longer. Location was good, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Accommodation was good and comfortable. Will definitely visit again, if the opportunity arises.
