For the past two visits to your hotel during couid time, I have noticed an upward increase in security since my final visit of more than 80, and you have outdone ourselves, starting with your move. I was impressed with the greeting at the front desk, which exceeded my expectations and was out of this world. I have been a guest of togo sun hotels, including southern sun montecasino during the couid period, most recently during the southern sun period, a southern sun resort. The service I received at Polokwane Garden Court before 28 March 2020 was about 150, although everything was normal for comparison to other hotels. If I had to rate your front office service to the southern sun montecasino, I would give them 180 plus and Polokwane 200 plus despite not being on the same star rating. I also observed massive improvements in the hotel management team, including other departments that I may not have mentioned. The precautionary measures couid 19 were truly satisfactory. I give the Polokwane Garden Court an overall score of 180 plus. Continue the outstanding assistance you provide, and we'll certainly see you soon.

Previously I stayed here and the service was always great. Warm welcome, lots of secure parking, clean rooms with all necessary amenities, lots of space to relax. Huge selection at the buffet for dinner and breakfast, I personally like chillies, and requests for small bowls of chilli are always given free.

We will keep this hotel in mind for our next visit to Polokwane. This was our first stop on a round trip from South Africa to Botswana, Zimbabwe, and back to South Africa. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was about a size, clean, and quiet, which is what we really want and expect. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast the next day.

My first hotel stay at the hotel after the covid 19 lockdown was great. The hotel took great care to control the virus spread. There was a sanitizer outside the hotel entrance, temperature scanning was done before interaction with the hotel staff and a permit was requested to make sure it was a business visit for essential services workers. Dinner and breakfast arrangements were completely different from the norm and safe enough to avoid possible contact with other guests due to spacing and seating arrangements. There was no buffet food which could have been a potential risk if not properly managed.
