We only stayed at the hotel because we were allowed to eat there. In fact, we couldn't stay the night because we wanted to go back to our eldest daughter. However, this is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Zurich. We were extremely happy to experience some designer glamour during what is normally a sluggish season for dining out. The rooms are chic and comfortable, the bathrooms are high-quality.

This hotel is very fine, delightful, and stylish. The best thing about this hotel is the cocktail and the service provided by the ignite bar restaurant that is a part of the hotel. Elegant, attentive, top notch, and the quality of the cocktails.

In Zurich's old town, this charming boutique hotel is located in the old town. The house is recently renovated, and the rooms are tidy and tidy. The staff is welcoming, unassuming, and helpful. The marktgasse offers fantastic value for the money, but there are more expensive and cheaper hotels in the neighborhood. Excellent shopping options are just around the corner, and a few historic locations are a short stroll away. Not to mention the Zurich Central Train Station. You can go anywhere at any moment thanks to the extremely effective public transit system in Switzerland.

This hotel is in a lovely old town. The receptionist was fantastic at check-in. The shower and bath items were both excellent. The beds were really comfortable, and the room was nice and quiet. We didn't try breakfast, just had croissants and coffee in a coffee shop around the corner. The hotel is clean. Don't try to walk 15 minutes from the main train stop if you have big bags, the cobblestones here are too hard to navigate. We will be back.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Zurich's old town streets. The rooms are very comfortable and with plenty of space! The staff, service and breakfast were very happy! And the restaurant there was delicious!

The property was dirty, broken door glass, broken bedlinen, dirty furniture and floors, noisy... we asked for another blanket, which we got, but it smelled like sweat. The bathroom hadcthe same smell. We were awoken between 3 and 4 in the morning by shouts coming from the road to the person who was looking after the property. These people entered the guesthouse and were extremely noisy. We left the guesthouse soon after these people arrived (about 04h25), because we did not feel safe.

The staff member is very helpful and service oriented, however he has a poison chalice in managing this run-down property. The conditions are appalling, the premises are filthy, crumbling and I refused to sleep in the disgusting bed, using a sleeping bag that fortunately, I travel with. I have no clue why this dump is on hotels.com. It is exceptionally poor value for money. If I found it in remote Mongolia with no other options available, I would expect the fee to be a couple of USD at most.
