I was here for lunch. Food can be ordered from three locations within this hotel, close to the pool, at the jam rock restaurant, upstairs at the lucid restaurant, or from the nearby joes bar. Went to lucid restaurant and there was an allyoucan eat menu for 100 cedi, ghanaian food. It actually looked pretty good, but I asked if they had a set menu too and they had. Actually, they have three menus, from the three places I mentioned. I ordered a prime beef burger from the joes bar menu for 60 cedi as my friend went for allyoucan eat. My friend was pleased with the food, getting some nice size portions and also enjoying the coconut drink that had a hint of alcohol. The burger was a big disappointment for me, it fell apart when I opened it up and looked like it was an old burger with its flavors squeezed out. It took them a long time to get it, with me having to ask twice about it, taking well over 40 minutes. To be honest, it was not on the bar's menu and it was late at night. The location is close to shopping centers and malls and taxi access is easy. This place is very good to stay, it is in a strategic location and is close to a pc and mall. The employees were very friendly and check me in without any trouble. They took my luggage to my room, and the cleaning service was wonderful and they did their job very well. I will definitely stay there again.

I don't believe many tripadvisor reviews are accurate, and I disagree with them. My experience and overall score are the reasons for this fivestar evaluation. Ive been staying at the hotel as a group for the past four weeks. I'll be staying another three weeks while others in our team move on. I was first invited when oak plaza was under renovation, and several members of our group, including me, had to change rooms due to various problems. The staff and ownermanager, Daniel, were both outstanding at influencing the 5-star rating. Although the hammock restaurant has not been completely resolved because of any issues, the hammock owner, management, has impressed me with both her plans and results after a complaint. A fantastic soft taco meal is now available on the menu, and it is incredible. They just began a weekend lunch or afternoon buffet, which includes a fantastic grill, side dishes, and unlimited palm wine. The hotel is constantly striving to improve, and the swimming pool area is fantastic. What has most impressed me most about the level of teamwork and management's level of ownership is that they have been working together. After the tech worker told me that the internet would be available in the exercise room, but after Daniel received my complaint, wifi was installed the next day. Update in about three weeks.

This is my ideal accommodation after spending a month here. The hotel has strategic location with malls, eateries, and Indian food joints. The rooms were well-kept and tidy, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were great choices. I would suggest this hotel.
