What a lovely property. It is perfect because it's only a 2-minute walk from the main road with lots of excellent restaurants and a 5-minute walk from the wine tram. It's easy to park in front or back and was welcomed by the lovely eyeline. She took us to our luxuriously furnished room with a view of the lovely garden and pool. The perfect place to stay in gorgeous Franschhoek.

My husband and I stayed at Maison Carry for two nights. We were only unhappy that it wasnt longer. You know this is a great place, and the staff is friendly and will do everything to help. Our room was stunning, with a view of a beautiful garden. The rooms interior design and social areas are lovely. The position is ideal. Far enough away from the main road, but only a twominute walk from all the stores and eateries. Cant recommend this place enough. With only a few other rooms available, it lacked the feel of being at home. Cant wait to come back someday.

I stayed here for a few days. The house looks clean. The place is surrounded by beautiful gardens and it has a quiet atmosphere. The location is close to town.

From the decor to the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staffowners, this location is fantastic in every way. I could write more pages about how amazing this place is, but let me show you the things that stand out for me. Early morning relax by the pool and watch the waterfall from the mountain peaks. Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous! The owners went out of their way to drive my friends who didn't stay at the property and me to our wedding at a nearby vineyard as our transportation arrangements had fallen through. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Franschhoek was as pleasant as possible. I'll most definitely come back, but this time for much longer than two nights. A true heaven of calm and serenity awaits you at the maison carrier. Thank you eyeline team for making my visit so memorable. You know the real definition of service!.

This was our first stay and we've been impressed with it once more. A very professional welcome. We arrived early and it was no problem to store our luggage. When we returned, everything was stored in our room. Many welcome treats like wine, chocolate, water, nuts. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. The lovely little patio with views overlooking the lovely garden suite la Madeleine was what we enjoyed. Eyeline is a very nice and caring host who takes the time to talk to you and give you helpful recommendations on restaurants and wine estates.
