I reserved a suite. regrettably. You carry your bags up the stairs and walk a half mile to your room without any help. After driving from us, all one needs is quality service and a good bath and bed. Phoned room service. Phoned the front desk. Phones not answered every 15 minutes. Phoned the hotel as an outside line, no success. Walked back the distance to find out what's going on. The receptionist walks in to say I'm alone and busy I've stayed here some 10 years ago and had a good experience. Never, too much has changed in just 10 years.

I thought this hotel had an old building that could use a renovation. The old style air conditioning is also noisy. There are no elevators available for guests who may need them. I saw an unusually large crowd at breakfast. But the personnel seemed totally overworked in how to deal with it. Otherwise the central position in town, and the pool and gardens are gorgeous.
