The Nicol is close to my offices in SA, so location was key. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment-style rooms are. Much better than staying in a typical hotel room. But the best part of The Nicol is the staff! Super friendly, super professional. This is the main reason I will be back.

This property is beautiful, clean and the entire staff from the maids to the front desk and restaurant are all 4 stars! So professional. Staff is always cleaning and beautifying the property. So polite and I did not witness any attitudes. This is my new go to when staying in Johannesburg. Management is down to earth and eager to please. This is what I am used to in the states. They are tops!

The rooms were very well presented and clean. The decorations and designs were beautifully arranged. The balcony has a panoramic view of Johannesburg. Its very beautiful and relaxing. The free breakfast and the agents were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back here snd recommend to friends and family.

My mother and I had a great time at the hotel, she had previously stayed here with the rest of my family and returned because they had had a great time. We reserved a single room and it was exactly what we needed, even though the cleanliness was questionable mold in the bathroom, and dusty shelves. My uncle who lives close to Bedford View often stays here and enjoys it every time. Load shedding is a pain, but that's just south Africa right now and the hotel cannot be blamed. They have a generator in the main areas, wifi was strong and reliable stays even in the rooms, and the staff did their best to set up the load shedding times on the walls and in the lifts. The nicole is in a very convenient area, very near to Bedford Center, eastgate, many great restaurants, and convenient for the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. If you're visiting Bedford View, I heartily recommend staying at the nicole.

Everything you need is close by, the gym is great, the restaurant serves great food reasonably priced. There are also plenty of nice restaurant within walkin distance. The staff are great and very helpful.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, and it was a good choice because the breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and courteous.

I will certainly return! Because my son had a big swimming competition near the hotel, we stayed at the Nicole hotel. We reserved a two-bedroom apartment that met our needs perfectly! It was incredibly useful to have the lounge and kitchen area in the room, which was clean and very spacious. The hotel has a welcoming ambiance, and having permanent residents living contributes to its cozy vibe. The gym is very well furnished, and the breakfast was tasty. The personnel at this hotel, in my opinion, is what really differentiates this hotel. We had a great time with everyone we dealt with, including Michelle, Nando, and Randy.

nice apartment hotel but inconsistent with heating, asking for help and queries. the heating is a bit weird, and there aren't always kitchen items like pots/pans, depending on the apartment. same goes for washing/drying machines depending on the apartment. very nice, modern apartment though with parking and close to a lot of restaurants.
