I heartily endorse this hotel! We have started our anniversary celebration trip at this stunning boutique hotel. Everything was excellent. Communication followed schedule with confirmation of arrival. The hotel is situated at the entrance to Bloemfontein on a sizable estate with high security. We had a fantastic room with a pool slide and a lovely patio where we had predinner beverages. The room's comfort is enhanced by a roomy bed, gorgeous linen, a bathroom with a bath and a delightful shower, and a sizable flat with a complete menu. The brunch was excellent, and the supper was excellent. The employees were incredibly cordial and knowledgeable.

We used the hotel as a stopover from Johannesburg to the eastern cape. The staff is friendly and the hotel is modern. Unfortunately, dinner was a disaster. We waited more than an hour for the food and there was only one other table served. Our lamb chops were overdone and the food was not hot. Unfortunately, the room next door was occupied by young adults who came in at 330 and started making noises while drinking. Their door was wide open and 6 people were in the room. They were so drunk that they ignored me and continued making noise. When I went to the front desk to look for staff, the receptionist came from nowhere and inquired if the people were a little noisy. This means he could hear them all the time and did nothing about it. The neighbours eventually went to sleep. But my sleep was disturbed and my next day trip was unpleasant because I was sleep deprived. The showers in the rooms are fancy but not well maintained so the water was spraying all over the place. Showers have knobs but no handles, so controlling the water is difficult. Breakfast was a little better but took twice more to put us to depart. The waiter admitted that the chef was alone in the kitchen. Maybe it's time to change the chef and pay attention to maintenance. Currently feels like a 3 star hotel, but if service is repaired, they

When we arrived, the staff had already prepared our check-in documents, so it was seamless, the staff were all very friendly, the accommodation was great, and the food was really good, so I highly recommend this stay. What was also really good was how close and easy it was to get back on the highway.

We've stayed in Tredenham previously on our way to work or Drakensberg and they've never let us down. The chef made us a lovely dinner for the four of us, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was unassuring because we had to leave early. No problem, they included four snack packs, each of which included a delectable seed bread sandwich, juice, muffin, and a bag of crisps. The kids were delighted. We enjoy the garden and deck, which is stunning with a delightful stroll up to Bloemfontein and the surrounding area. The staff was kind and incredibly helpful. We've already reserved our next trip to the Berg. Will never stay somewhere else. Love it.

I love the spacious room with the bed and the linen is clean and in a clean condition. The bathroom is big and stylish with a big shower. You can use a safe environment thanks to the friendliness from the employees. The place is in a beautiful garden. But this place is a bit dangerous because the place is not fenced.
