There is plenty of coffee but breakfast is just bread and a lot of choices of spread. Clean facility and available fridge and microwave. Available laundry facilities too. Everything is accessible like convenient store, bus, and subway is close by.

Aroha is a classic hostel close to Seoul Station. I had a room rather than a dormitory and found it small but quite good. The neighborhood seemed safe. It was quiet and the simple breakfast was adequate for a traveler. The facility is older but well maintained. Internet was excellent. The proprietor, Jay, really cares about his guests and is very hard working. Aroha is located off of a side street and at the end of a short alley. You can see the green Aroha sign from the street. Tip: If you are arriving at Seoul Station, use station exit #12. It will put you on the sidewalk close to a brick walkway which goes up to the street where Aroha is.

서울역 12번 게이트에서 나오면 금방이라 위치가 너무 좋았고요, 객실 내부도 깔끔하고 각 방마다 햇빛이 잘 들어와서 막힌 느낌이 없었고, 밤에 잘때에도 주택가처럼 너무 조용해서 잠도 잘잤습니다.지하 1층의 조식 코너도 잘 준비되어 아침 먹으면서 커피 한잔도 할수 있어서 여러가지로 좋았습니다. 추가로 지하 1층에 프린터가 있어서 서류 프린트를 할때도 밖에 안나가도 되니 정말 편리하였습니다. 저는 3층에 묶었는데 3층 입구에 별도 냉장고가 있어서 밖에서 사가지고 온 식품 보관도 편리하게 하였네요..감사합니다..

Personal super amable, habla muy bien Inglés. Lo malo son los baños compartidos, pero todo lo demás, excelente, ya que tiene espacio compartido para lavar y secar ropa, para comer, ver televisión, usar computadora.

The host was the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever known. He responded quickly to messages, he was always available. He is the best! The room was quite nice, I had enough space in it. The guesthouse is really close to Seoul Station so it is easy to get anywhere.

solo traveller visiting Korea during covid for skiing. hostel format, with access to fridge, hot water, coffee machine. loved this place. shared bathroom, with private bed and desk. owner is super friendly via whatsapp. perfect for those who want a good place to sleep, not for those who are fussy and need luxury.

Seamless and comfortable stay! Convenient location for bus or subway and airport express link. Bag storage safe and seamless. Breakfast superb! (Egg,Milk,juice,bread,spreads).real coffee machine an absolute bonus!!!! Laundry free too. WiFi fast and constant. Will definitely be back!

방이 막 넓지는 않습니다. 하지만 에어컨도 상태가 아주 좋고. 숙박객들을 위해 책상도 하나 있습니다. 1회용 칫솔도 구비되어 쓸수있고요. 사소하게 챙겨주는게 어딜가도 있더라고요. 아주 좋습니다.

The Ahora guest house was overall good experience. I spend there 5 nights. Rooms was quite small but clean and comfy. They provided shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste so that was super nice. I'm good sleeper so the thin walls didn't bother me, but for others I could recommend earplugs. You really can hear others talking on the other room. There is only three bathrooms/showers but I didn't find that as a problem. Also you should be aware that the surroundings of the Seoul station is not the "happiest" area and you'll see all kinds of life tragedies. So if you don't want to see some life realities this is probably your place.
