Amazing experience staying at Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae for our time Busan. The front of house, kitchen and housekeeping staff we encountered during our stay were lovely and kind, and our triple room was perfect for our girls’ trip. Room cleaning was also available and included by pressing the make up room button when heading out. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, with about 4 options made on request until 1pm. That is the latest time availability I’ve ever seen! It was really helpful for us on the couple of days we started later. Haeundae Beach was a short walk away and we had great views of it from our room on the 11th floor. We also made the most of the proximity on the hottest day of our trip. Thank you so much Best Louis Hamilton Haeundae for a wonderful experience. I’ll be recommending the hotel to everyone I know heading over to Korea and hope to be back, there and in Busan, again one day!

Spent a little bit more and got a suite on the 12th floor. Gorgeous room, really big, great bed and feather pillows. Great shower. Floor to ceiling window with view of the sea and more half size windows round another wall of the room. Great design. TV with Netflix (own log in) great for lazy nights in! Loved it all and the Werthers Originals free butterscotch sweets in the lobby (yes that was me that kept eating them all). Great staff, very helpful and friendly and a big plus…a totally free laundry room. Great when you’re travelling for a few months.

Third time staying at the hotel. It is our first choice when staying at Haeundae area in Busan. We always book the King room, as it's large and spacious. There is a choice of five breakfasts, which are tasty and well presented. The best part of staying at this hotel, are the staff, who are all welcoming and friendly. Would i stay here again?, Yes definitely.

The location is amazing. Very convenient for a lot of sightseeing and lots of good restaurants close by. The staff very courteous very sweet and very helpful. English is a little weak, but that is understandable. The room was literally like an Apartment. Very high-end.. excellent value. I would go back there again.

I booked 3 separate bookings since I changed my mind regarding location. The second room was more spacious of course because of my booking. I found out the laundry is free which is super convenient. Room 9004 also has a massage chair.

I came early and left my bags with reception and picked it up after checking into my room. My room came with 2 breakfast vouchers and 2 drink coupons. The room was clean. I was very impressed with the free breakfast. It was part of the room package, but even separately the price is not bad. It was also really fresh vegetables. Enjoyable stay.

The property was at the heart of the beach area with beautiful beach view. The room was spacious and amenities were well organized and set up. We had two beds that I’m so glad we had as we needed the extra space.
