This hotel is exactly as described. It gave me the peace and comfort during my 1st time in Busan. Everyone was great and the room is comfortable. I would definitely come again.

Was worried as this hotel didn’t have reviews, but it was great! Room was exactly as pictured. Hinoki with window/beach view was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but nice to have included. A bit of a walk to transit but otherwise great value for the price - would definitely recommend.

바다 뷰가 멋졌고 침실과 욕실의 상태도 좋았습니다. 스타일러가 룸에 있는 것이 작지만 큰 플러스로 느껴졌고, 컴팩트하지만 효율적이고 알찬 조식도 감사했습니다. 다음에 재방문 의사 있어요!

The location and view are fantastic. The room itself is small but looks fairly good. However, keep in mind that this is not a typical hotel. As in it is only 2 floors of a mixed residential building and does not have almost any amenities. It feels more like two floors of airbnbs with a tiny front desk. The front desk refused to give us a remote for the aircon even though the room had no air circulation during winter time. They claimed it was unavailable during winter. I could not sleep in a stuffy room and contacted expedia. Once expedia stepped in they instantly gave us the aircon remote and it worked fine. We also asked for extra blankets and pillows, but they only gave us scratchy think blankets without any covers. Overall, if you are there just for a very short time, it will be fine. Just don’t expect good service

you honestly get what you pay for. we had a really nice terrace and view of the beach but the overall hotel and room was pretty bad. The room smells like nasty dirty sewer water and the smell doesn’t leave because the scent is coming from the restroom/shower drains (it’s disgusting), we asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they ran out and couldn’t give us anymore. keep in mind each room comes with only 2 pillows. The hotel is on floor 13 & 14 and there’s only 2 elevators that takes you up therefore it takes a pretty long time to get one especially when people are calling it on their floor as well. the hotel experience wasn’t that pleasant but if you’re mainly there for the view then yes it’s worth it but prepare for small inconveniences through your stay.

The room was very pretty and it a beautiful view of the ocean however there was. Ana’s smell from the bathroom that was pretty strong I think it’s mild or something. Also the couple next door kept waking me up in the night with the woman moaning all night long. While that’s not the hotels fault they do have thin walls. It was awful and I was very tired and could not rest well at all. It was also very hot in the room and the ac controller on the wall was not turning the ac on and it wasn’t comfortable.

소음 좀 있는편... 외부방음 좀 안되고, 내부에서는 밤새 땅땅 울리는 소리(아마 배관소음인듯...) But 뷰는 좋음~
