The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, but the rooms design is truly remarkable. The light switch is located above the bed, and there is likewise sliding screen in the other room, which is unobtrusive. Additionally, the service provided is commendable.

Pertama kali ada acara di Premier Place dan Sejauh ini acara Australian Embassy berjalan dengan lancar selama 4 hari! Sangat terkesan dengan menu makanannya karena berbeda dan bervariasi. Staffnya juga responsif dan cekatan. GROnya juga enak saat diajak bicara dan yang paling saya suka adalah makanan hari ketiga! Sangat memuaskan! Terima kasih.

I stay here for a few nights every time i visit korea. The rooms are clean, new service and most importantly, they are very good value. However, the only downside is that you have to take smuo and bus to get here, so it can be tense if you bring large luggage.

Premier Place Hotel adalah hotel bintang 5 yang sangat bagus dari segi pelayanan dan kamarnya. Sangat direkomendasikan jika mencari hotel di dekat Juanda. Dapat free shuttle dan drop langsung ke Juanda. Setiap kali membutuhkan sesuatu, layanan selalu cepat tanggap. Sukses terus Premier Place Hotel! Sejauh ini sudah dua kali menginap di sini dan sangat puas. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi lain kali!

Saya menginap dari tanggal 29 Desember 2023 sampai 2 Januari 2024, di kamar 323, Alhamdulillah pelayanannya baik awalnya. Namun, pada tanggal 1 Januari 2024, dimana hari baru, semangat baru, dll. Saya merasa tidak mood di pagi hari. Saya sudah bertanya kepada operator yang jaga pada hari Senin tanggal 1 Januari 2024 untuk menimbang koper saya karena akan berangkat besok. Operator mempersilahkan saya ke Resepsionis. Setelah saya di resepsionis, saya disuruh menunggu karena satpam sedang melayani tamu yang check out. Ambil barang. Oke saya tunggu. Cukup lama saya menunggu tapi saya lihat satpam yang agak kurus menghampiri saya. Langsung saya tolak. Tidak apa-apa tapi saya kecewa. 4 Hari menginap di sini melihat ketidakkoordinaan antar karyawan yang saya lihat. Awalnya saya ingin memberikan bintang 5 dan ulasan bagus, tapi ada kejadian bgini, jadi saya harus menulis apa adanya. Di antara karyawan, pelayanan yang bagus ada di restoran. Saat sarapan, meskipun mereka lelah dan berker. Tapi tetap tersenyum dan melayani tamu dengan ramah dan senyum. Saya melihat dikeningnya berkeringat karena saya pergi ke sini. Sekilas saya bisa melihat namanya Mbak Yolanda atau Mbak Yonanda. Agak gemuk pendek tapi kinerja dan pelayanan publiknya saya aku aku mengakui bintang Yang lainnya di restoran saat sarapan adalah sangat baik. Terima kasih.

The hotel is a little old, but it is wellmaintained. There is plenty of room inside the hotel, luggage can be spread out and opened, and there is also sand. Its ideally located near the subway, so if you are carrying large bags, taking cabs may be more convenient.

Saya sangat senang bisa menginap di sini selama 14 hari (R. 723). Pelayanannya bagus dan ramah, sarapannya variatif dan enak-enak, kenyamanan istirahat terjaga, kamarnya juga bersih dan laundrynya super cepat dan bersih. Sayangnya lokasi hotel ini jauh dari tempat makan atau toko perbelanjaan seperti Indomaret, Alfamart, atau warung kaki lima dan tidak ada fasilitas Gym. Secara keseluruhan saya merasa puas menginap di hotel ini. Terima kasih atas keramahtamahan pelayanannya untuk kalian semua.

Hotelnya bersih walaupun tidak terlalu luas, tapi sudah cukup bagus untuk tinggal sementara di Seoul. Saya awalnya bingung mencari remote AC dan ternyata remotenya menjadi satu dengan remote TV. Menu sarapannya lumayan enak. Pemandangannya juga bagus.

Buka puasa di sini sebenarnya enak, pelayanan juga oke. Tapi menurut saya dekorasinya kurang oke. Seperti sendok kecil untuk makanan penutup, sambal petis atau lombok untuk gorengan. Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi di masa depan.
