値段の割にはよかったです。清潔感に欠けますが、値段からは想像もつかないほどには快適です。

This was a great place for the night as I had just arrived in town and needed a place to stay that was close to Nambu Bus Terminal. I had to catch a 6:30am bus the next day. Clean room, shared bathroom (but rooms have their own shower), really great wifi and is located in a grwat neighborhood filled with bars and restaurants. About a four block walk from Seoul National University of Education subway station. Really really quiet at night - slept like a baby. I arrived after 10 and while the host did not speak English she was wonderful about showing me around the facilities etc. This is a good place for foreigners to stay and feel comfortable and safe. :) Will stay again and may actually investigate monthly rates.

숙박 시설 자체는 싸고 괜찮다. 딱 그 가격대에 맞는 시설. 다만 게스트하우스라기보단 고시원 방 한 칸 빌린 느낌이고, 주위의 투숙객들도 여행객이라기 보다는 고시원 들어사는 아저씨들 느낌이라 좀 그렇다.

Technically, this is not a hotel for travellers. It is a unique housing complex in Korea---"Gosi-tel"---and if you don't have any idea of this, I would not recommend you to book here. If you are visiting Seoul for just few days, and you want to find a cheap place with individual space, it is a quite nice option.

It's tiny, but that was expected. What wasn't was the condition, the room looked grimy, filthy. The wall paper was held on with thumb tacks, the fridge was musty and smelled (it's unplugged and left closed if nobody's in the room), the air vent was filthy. The bathrooms weren't as bad, but I'd still wear sandals to the shower just in case.

너무 더럽다. 저렴한 가격에 엄청 좋은것을 기대한건 아니지만 그래도 청결하고 쾌적한것을 기대할는 있을것인데. 벽은 더럽고, 형광등은 침침하고, 침대는 스프링이 등에 느껴져 자는데 불편했고, 방에서는 오물 썩는 냄새가 공조기의 바람에 따라 나왔고,. 이불은 꿉꿉하여 덥을 수도 깔 수도 없을정도였고, 베개는 땀자국으로 누랬고, 베개에 수건을 깔았지만, 느낌은 찝찝했습니다. 화장실과 샤워실, 세면실이 한공간에 남녀공용으로 사용하기 불편했고, 세면대가 없어 물을 튀겨가며 세수해야 하는것이 불편했습니다. 열쇠를 손님에게 주지않아 잠깐 외출시에도 문을 잠글수없고, 안전하지 않은 느낌이었습니다. 평점이 중간이라 그래도 괜찮겠지 저렴하니 감안해야지 하면서도 좀 너무 관리를 안하는 것 같아 후기 남깁니다

チェックイン場所がなく、メールと電話を連絡をしても捕まらなかった。部屋が臭かった。エアコンもテレビもない。タオルを借りたら、洗濯して返すように言われた。デポジットをとられたが、受付がないので、返却してもらうためにスタッフを探さないといけなかった。部屋に窓がない。ゴミ箱もない。キッチンにポットがない。ホテルではなく、長期滞在者向けのようだ。

Staff doesn't stay here and customers have to call her through telephone for checking-in. It is difficult to use telephone for foreign traveler. The room and bathrooms are poor, different from photos, not clean, no TV, no window, many bugs.
