We really enjoyed our time at the resort, not in the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchenette and sitting area. However, no balcony furniture, so the ocean view room wasn't what it should have been. One pool was not open due to coronavirus, but as there was an outdoor and indoor pool that was both nice, I didn't mind paying for pool access. Despite the bad weather, certain restaurants were open and good. A nice stay with a significant discount on the average price would be excessive and the value would not exist.

We had our second stay at the hotel not resort next door, and both occasions were successful, but there are several issues. Although it's a decent 4 star hotel, I believe that for a 5 star hotel, the service and amenities are subpar. Due to the fact that the Korean media has managed to convince the Korean people that it's a foreign problem, it is almost certain that youre a foreigner. Therefore, the notion that you absolutely must wear couid appears to be the philosophy. Forget the fact that the asian-born pandemic was solved by Western medicine and that any foreign visitor to a hotel had likely had many more tests than the average Korean person. I was able to swim in my own clothes and went to the pool. Its difficult to understand why this rule is in place because it is the same pool with the same filter system. I then informed him that I needed to swap into hotel supplies. I stated that I had already checked into the poolgym. He asked me to return to the hotel's clothes. I said I had checked my temperature after arriving and said I was not going anywhere. He departed. The breakfast buffet needs work for the price. My partner and I stayed for five nights and we were shocked when we heard about a surcharge for sunbeds at the pool from the checkout desk. Do you charge for sunbed? Can you tell us which country charges? I've traveled extensively and lived abroad, but never heard or experienced this. My partner has the same thought as me. Impressed 33.

My spouse and I decided to travel to Juju on our honeymoon. They have a tennis court and a pool in particular, so we chose Haevichi. A fivestar hotel usually has a concierge who advises guests of the many excellent options. In this instance, we were simply told what we couldnt do. Each time we selected to use the pool, we would have to pay 10, 00 won per person. We booked a family room for two by our own initiative. Instead, we asked the concierge if we could book a smaller room. She verbally told us to do it on our phone. Evidently, it was already too late to cancel. Our intention was to spend the entire weekend at the resort, enjoying the pool, dining, and tennis. We decided to reserve tennis after realizing wed be spending so much to use just the pool. When we got to the courts, we saw a cloud of bugs. It was grateful that we were wearing masks. Fortunately, the concierge reimbursed us for the racket and ball rental. The arrangement was odd because our room was spacious for a family. The bed was in a back room with no windows or to. There were no water bottles or coffee in the room. Only two small towels.
