Great location right next to Jongro 3-ga station exits 4 and 5. Very small but secure and perfect for my needs. Self check-in was easy. Though there is no elevator, I had no problem carrying my bags to the 3rd floor. Clean bed and bathroom, cable TV service, small refrigerator and good WiFi was present. Staff responded quickly by email when I had a problem with an outlet and sent a staff member to my unit within the hour to fix it. The only problem I had was on the last night of my stay when somebody was smoking in the unit next to mine and the smell drifted into my unit. This was of course not the management’s fault since it is against the rules. I could’ve confronted the neighbor but it was so late. Overall I would definitely stay here again for a convenient location that is clean and affordable.

Great area, property is clean and basic. It’s a very small room but meets the expectation for the price. I would prefer more outlets. There is only one outlet and in a severely inconvenient location. No outlets in bathroom or near a mirror to do your hair. We had to plug our phones in and leave them on the floor at the foot of the bed, because the outlet was under the bed at the foot of the bed. There is no counter space in the bathroom either to be able to put personal grooming items or makeup. Laundry was available but quite small and the cost was 20000krw/14.50 usd for one load. The window also had a blind that didn’t keep the light out so it was hard to sleep in, in the morning due to the bright sunlight. The buildings as mentioned by others does not have an elevator so if you have several bags or heavy bags the haul up the stairs is brutal.

Definitely recommend this location for your next trip to Seoul. Great location in the center of where the action is. Surrounded by the best food, shopping and nightlife. This is a no thrills hotel if all you need to do is sleep and shower.

賑やかな仁寺洞の真ん中で駅からも近く、日本語で対応してもらえて大変助かりました。部屋は静かで綺麗でした。チェックイン後の出入りも自由で朝早くや夜遅くでも気にせず出入りできました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

La location du logement est très très très bien, mais par contre les chambres sont très médiocres notamment les salle de bain avec de la moisissure… j’ai eu un soucis et je les ai contacté par mail on m’a très rapidement trouvé une solution. Je les remercie pour ça car sinon mon séjour aurait été un désastre.. le logement est proche de tout et de plusieurs stations. Il est bien pour des personnes qui visites Séoul et qui rentre seulement pour dormir. Choisissez une chambre supérieure pour avoir « une fenêtre » sinon vous serez au RDC sans fenêtre !

The location is good, and the pictures the host sent after booking were very helpful. We arrived at the guesthouse before 9 am and had to call the host on a landline because there was no one at the front desk. He gave us the door code so we could drop our luggage at the front desk. There was no elevator and we were booked on the ninth floor. The room is simple comfortable bed, two pillows no extra, 1 pc bathroom towel, replaced every day smart to, AC, small fridge, kettle, toilet, and bathroom without shower curtain. Can use the Jongnu 3 subway exits 3 and 6 a short walk to the guesthouse, aside from exit 4. There are lots of small shops, convenience stores, and restaurants around the guesthouse. Myeongdong and Dongdaemun subway ride. Guests can leave their luggage after check-out and can simply return them later. They can also cook in their small kitchen or use their small kitchen to clean the house.

We had to call the host via landline because there wasn't anyone at the reception when we arrived at the guesthouse at the end of the day. So that we could drop off our luggage at the entrance area, he provided us with the door code. We had reserved on the third level and there was no lift. The room is simple, with a cozy bed, two pillows, and a small bath towel that is changed every day. Smart to, aircon, small ref, a kettle, a toilet, and no shower curtain. In addition to exit 4, you can use the subway Jongnu 3, which is a short distance from the guesthouse. Around the guesthouse, there are a lot of small stores, convenience shops, and restaurants. Myeongdong and Dongdaemun can both be reached by subway. After checking out, guests may leave their luggage and then go back later. They can also cook in their little kitchen, just to clean.

The rooms are very small and clean. The room has a small window. The staff spoke English well. There is a basement washing facility that is provided at a modest price. The location is great in an area with good restaurants and boutiques. The metro station with a direct line to the airports is only a few meters away. Finding the place was a bit difficult at first as it was hidden by a laneway. You have to maintain the door closed and run the extraction fan to make it acceptable.

The property is in a lovely area, full of trendy restaurants and shops. The location is excellent, with a direct line to the airports only a few meters away. There is a metro station that is close by. The directions provided werent really good enough. The smallest room on the ground floor, which was new, tidy, and had a small window, was new and had a nice window. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. Free basement washing is possible. A kitchen could be used. The area is excellent.

The hotel is very well located and tidy. Although the entrance system is a little bit complicated, It is just a matter of trying and chatting with the hotel’s support. There are minor things to fix in the bathroom (mine had a hand wash basin that move a little bit), but in general it was a great place to be.
