Although it seems we did not visit this hotel in 2016 because the location is in the city center it is also close to the public transportation but there are very little facilities in this hotel, they require thorough cleaning, and the bathroom also doesn't have a good wi-fi connection.

There are a lot of facilities here, such as a safe room, a spotless bathroom, and a great place to stay.

The hotel is close to the metro and a 15 minute walk from myeongdong shopping area. From the guesthouse, you can walk to Seoul Tower. This is ok if you're searching for cheap, basic lodging. A neighborhood devoted to building supplies and tools is located on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Only in the reception area is wifi, and there is a hot and cold water machine and a shared refrigerator. The rooms were little, but they could use some renovation. The mattress had a clean bottom sheet, but no top sheet and a quilt that had been used by others. The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Booked two nights, only stayed one. OK but not suitable for us.

The location might be out of reach the first time you go because the signage is not well framed. Once there, youll immediately notice that it is wellplaced. The main road and the subway station are both just a block away. It is not recommended if you have older passengers because the entrance is so little and requires at least two to three flights of stairs. There are several eating establishments close by. The reception desk appears a touch messy, and no one is usually on duty. Although there is a cut in the entrance, and rooms are secured by locks, which may be opened with your individual combinations. Drinking water is provided at the guesthouse, which is open to everyone. There is a roof deck that, if not for the trash, might have been a pleasant lounge area. The rooms are somewhat compact and have a few sockets. If you want to check if you need an electronics adapter, bring an extension. The bathroom requires an extensive cleaning and adequate lighting. They provide small towels and basic amenities like shampoo and soap. There is no closet, but there are hooks on the wall and some hangers for your clothing. The air conditioning works as expected. The standard amenities of a room or a decent lodging are essentially given for a very reasonable price.
