■ Room Use Guidelines
Bath Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, face towels, and a hairdryer are provided. (Toothbrush and toothpaste are NOT provided.)
Cooking: Light cooking is permitted in all rooms. (Cooking meat, deep-fried food, and fish is strictly prohibited.)
Room Cleaning: Free room cleaning is provided once every 4 nights. Additional cleaning requests will incur a fee. (Must be requested at least one day in advance.)

■ Parking Information
Eligible Vehicles: All vehicle types with a height limitation of 2.3m or less.
How to Register: Check the parking guidance text message sent on the morning of your check-in, and register your vehicle via the Kakao Chatbot.
Parking Fees: 1 vehicle per room is FREE upon registration. Additional vehicles will be charged KRW 5,000 per vehicle per night. (An unregistered vehicle may be charged up to KRW 30,000 per day.)
Registration Deadline: Vehicles must be registered by 10:00 PM on the day of check-in.

If you do not receive the accommodation instructions via text message after your reservation is confirmed, please be sure to contact the property. Thank you.

■ Check-in / Check-out Hours
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

■ Unactended (Contactless) Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: A notification text message containing access details will be sent around 4:00 PM to the contact number registered at the time of booking. Once received, you may enter the room directly without any separate procedures.
Check-out: Please sort and organize recyclables and food waste in the room before checking out.
※ If you do not receive the password by 4:00 PM, please contact the property immediately. (Front desk assistance is available until 10:00 PM).
※ Compensation for non-occupancy is not available if you fail to receive check-in instructions due to a missing or incorrect contact number.

■ Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Fee (per hour): KRW 10,000
Availability: Early check-in up to 3 hours / Late check-out up to 2 hours (Advance request required)
※ This service may not be available depending on the property's availability on the day of occupancy.

■ Additional Guest Policy
Extra guests beyond the standard capacity can stay free of charge up to the maximum room capacity.
However, bedding and amenities are provided only for the standard number of guests. Additional requests will incur extra charges. (On-site payment required)
Extra Bedding: KRW 20,000 per set per night (Includes 1 single mattress pad + 1 duvet + 1 pillow)
Extra Towel: KRW 1,000 per face towel
