オフィステルにいくつかの宿が入居するタイプ。平日2泊ひとりダブル部屋。過去にこのオフィステルの別宿に宿泊経験あり。【立地】・最高。チャガルチ駅3番からすぐ。バス停も近く便利。【チェックイン】・チェックインは事前にカトクでいいか宿に確認、宿からカトクIDが送られてきた。・15時に1階に到着、数分後には号数/PASSが来たので早かった。・1階にQRコード掲示はあるが、あらかじめLINE/カトクで「래디언트 남포」で検索しておくといいかも。　送るメッセージは1階に着きました、名前、チェックインチェックアウト日（基本フロントで書くような内容）、旅券情報は不要。【部屋】・鍵：パスワード入力、これに慣れると鍵なし快適過ぎて。号数とパスワードだけはしっかり記憶を。・広さ：一人なら十分。二人だと微妙な気はする。・掃除：そこまで気になるほどではないが微妙。滞在中清掃なし。・冷蔵庫：家庭用冷凍庫付きのがある。水2本。・スリッパ：玄関の棚に年季の入ったものはあるが、使い捨て持参で対応。・トイレ：ウォシュレットなし。・シャワー：トイレ続きにシャワー、温度水量は十分。浴室によくある底穴あきゴムスリッパ※はない。・シャンプー/コンディショナー/ボディソープ：ある。・空調：ボイラーのスイッチを押すとオンドル入るのであったかい（オンドルは主電源OFFでも切れない）。・ドライヤー：故障・延長コード：故障・Wi-Fi：ある。パスワードなし、VPN使ったほうがいいかも。・タオル：バスタオル2枚、小さいの3枚？バスマットない。滞在中交換もなし。交換というよりは依頼すれば補充？・トイレットペーパー：予備が一個。・テッシュペーパー※：ない。・キッチンのIH：使用禁止、電気ポットのみ。よく警報機鳴って禁止になったと（別宿で聞いた）。・食器類※：マグカップが一個。・カーテン：レースカーテンの後ろにロールカーテンとブラインドがある。・テレビ：前の人？がYouTubeログインしたまま、名前から日本人男性か？ログアウト必須を自分で注意するしかない。自己責任。・壁掛け時計：12時で止まったまま。オブジェ？・洗濯機：使用禁止掲示あり。だけど連絡したら使っていいとの許可。よくわからない。洗剤は持参。洗濯時間は1時間半とかかかる。・物干し：518号室（無人フロント！）まで借りに行った。返却も元の場所に持って行って写真付けてカトク。 ※は別宿にはあった備品。ないのは値段差か。その分安いなら文句は言えまい。【コミュニケーション】・物干しを借りたのと、ドライヤー、延長コードが故障で、かなり密に連絡、応答対応ともに早かった。・ドライヤー等の故障は深夜に判明したため、カトクで先に連絡だけしたのですが、翌朝対応する旨の即レスあり。・翌日、新品のドライヤーが、タオルセット（トイレットペーパー、水2本含む）と一緒にドア前に配達されていた。・平日だった関係もあるかもしれませんが、個人的には対応早かったと思います。・チェックイン直後に設備は確認したがいい　＆　後で文句書くより現地で声を上げたほうがいい。【リピート】・部屋に無駄にオブジェとかランプ（これも壊れていたw）とかあるけど、少しシンプルにしてもいいかも。・でも、この値段なら個人的には全然再訪あり。他にも泊まりたいオフィステルは多いので次回は来年か。・ただしホテル同等のサービスを期待しないこと、金庫もないので貴重品は自己管理、問題があればちゃんと言えること、が前提。

In terms of room cleanliness, location, and convenience, everything was perfect. However, the only improvement I would recommend the owner to do, would to be to reach out earlier to send a detailed instruction on how to get to you room after check in hours which is 3pm on that day so people know what to expect , other then that, everything was great, the bar was comfortable , the room was flawless, there was space to put the luggage, and the washroom was bigger then many I’ve seen and overall incredible.

Clean and comfortable, shower is awesome. The apartment is right in the center and close to metro. Fridge a bit smelly. Only thing they should improve is the communication for the check in, they should have known it was impossible for them to send their email address via hotels.com. Overall is excellent, will highly recommend it to everyone.

非常にロケーションがよくコスパがいいホテルですが、普通のホテルではないので不便な点もあります。アリーチェックインに対応していのと、洗濯機や調理器具があるのに使えないこと。電子レンジがないこと、カップなどがなくて、アメニティが足りないことなどはマイナスポイントでした。でもいい部屋に安く泊まることができたので満足しています。
