[Pre-Stay Notice]

Hello!
Let us guide you through the important information before your stay at SALDA STAY.
Please read carefully before using the accommodation. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by not reading the following information.

Stairs Notice
Our accommodation is located on a small hill and requires using a short staircase.
Please check exterior and room photos beforehand.

Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 11:00
Please be punctual. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will incur extra fees.

Quiet Hours in Residential Area
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Please avoid loud conversations, especially near windows or on the terrace, as sound travels easily.
If more than two noise complaints occur, you may be asked to leave without refund.

Host Storage Area
The shelf behind the kitchen curtain and the upper cabinet are host-only storage.
Please do not use them without permission.

Remove Shoes Indoors
Removing shoes indoors is standard practice in Korea.
Please leave your outdoor shoes at the entrance and use indoor slippers.

Charges for Stained Bedding/Towels
Eating inside bedrooms is prohibited.
Stains such as blood, dye, or food may result in cleaning or replacement fees.

No Smoking Indoors or on the Terrace
Smoking will result in fines + cleaning fees + compensation for the next day’s booking loss.
Use designated smoking areas outside the building.

Date Change & Refund Policy
Follow the cancellation rules of the platform you booked through.

No Unauthorized Guests, Parties, or Damage
Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund, plus compensation charges.

Restrictions on Strong-Smell or Greasy Cooking
Foods like grilled meat or fish may damage walls or appliances and may incur extra cleaning fees.

Parking Information
Limited parking nearby and may not be available. Public transportation is recommended.

Fire Safety
Never leave gas stoves or heating appliances unattended.
Know the location of the fire extinguisher.

Security & Door/Window Management
Although pest control is done biweekly, leaving doors or windows open may attract insects.
Only open windows with screens, and ensure all doors are closed.
Guests are responsible for their valuables.

Pet Policy
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in eviction and additional charges.

Bathroom Floor Caution
Although cleaned before check-in, some moisture may remain. Please watch your step.

Turn Off All Lights & Appliances When Leaving
Please turn off lights, AC, heating, TV, and kitchen appliances when leaving.
Long operation can cause overheating or fire risks.

Parasol & Camping Gear (Not available in winter)
Installed prior to check-in when weather permits (no rain/strong wind). Not available during bad weather.
If needed, refer to the guestbook or contact us.

No Bare Feet on the Terrace
Artificial grass may carry debris indoors. Please wear outdoor shoes.

No Illegal Trash Disposal
Korea has strict recycling regulations.
Please follow the instructions in the guestbook and contact us if unsure.
