- If your car is not removed after check-out, a 20,000 KRW parking fee will be charged.
- For consecutive stays, if you park between 12:00 and 7:00, a parking fee of 20,000 KRW per night will be charged.
- Parking is only available for reservations made with car visits; otherwise, a 20,000 KRW fee per night will be charged. (If you change from a pedestrian reservation to a car visit, please notify us in advance.)
★Please read the usage guide carefully★
- Guests staying for multiple nights can use the room all day without extra charges.
- All rooms are based on double occupancy. (10,000 KRW per additional guest)
- Mixed-gender groups of three or more are not allowed. (No cancellation/refund)
- Minors are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by family (proof required).
- Parking between check-out and check-in times will incur a 20,000 KRW fee.
- If you do not pay for all nights at once when booking a consecutive stay, all-day use is not allowed (additional charges may apply or you may need to check out and check in again).
- For stays of three nights or more, room cleaning is available upon request at the front desk. (Please request in advance, as cleaning may not be possible after cleaning hours.)
- Room information may change due to hotel circumstances. (We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by such changes.)
- Extra bedding is not provided.
- If you made a reservation and payment through the app, our hotel follows the stated policies.
★Room Facilities Information★
- All rooms are assigned randomly at check-in and may differ from the photos.
- Only some rooms are smoking rooms. If you need a smoking room, please contact us in advance.
- If you lose your room key, a replacement fee will be charged. Please leave your key at the front desk when going out.
- If you do not check in by 4:00 AM without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as a no-show.
- For room extension or day-use after your stay, please inquire at the front desk.
- A penalty of 120,000 KRW will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
- Relay use of rooms is not allowed (no more than the initial two guests; no refund).
- Entry may be denied if you do not have a physical ID (no cancellation/refund). Only physical IDs are accepted (no mobile IDs or photos; guests born in 2006 or later are not allowed).
- Early check-in/late check-out may incur additional charges. Please inquire in advance.
- For day-use or overnight stays, if you stay beyond the allowed time, an extra charge of 10,000 KRW per hour will apply (if you stay past 10 PM, the full overnight rate will be charged). Please observe check-out times.
- Partial cancellation is not allowed for consecutive stays.
