This place is suitable for travelers on a tight budget. The place is comfortable and offers useful utilities. The heating system is effective, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The ceiling could be improved because it appears old and worn. The bathroom could benefit from an exhaust fan and a slight expansion in size. In conclusion, i would recommend this place to travelers on a tight budget.

Old motel some room amenities are currently replaced with modern equipment. The original rooms are cheap and very basic, but at least it is a cheap room. The owner and staff are very helpful with requirements that they can offer and local information.

The room is outdated, the bathroom is small and needs a toaster and crockery for breakfast. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The lady in charge was very helpful and bubbly and met my needs without any problems. She arranged an extra bed for my buddy at no extra charge and at the last minute. Very basic accommodation but if you dont mind it a bit rough then this place is for you.

For a quick overnight stay, a heater, toaster, and kettle are included. Will return. Delicious local pizza from dial capitol pizza, just a 2minute drive from the motel. Nice basic lodging at $65 off peak.

The beds were very comfortable and had an 80s look and feel. Great owner and customer service. Parking is right outside the door. The directions from application were correct. The price was lower than expected. Thank you, kelly brothers.

I recently stayed here and after reading the reviews i admit i was a little worried but it was all that was available during the snow season - the sleeping bag was packed and ready as backup. Remembering this is a budget motel it exceeded expectations. The room was recently renovated, very clean, warm, and the staff were friendly. The room was very basic and overall dated as expected, but with new beds, carpet and being clean i wouldnt hesitate to stay again. To the team there it might be worth updating to blackout blinds or dimming the lights outside the rooms.

The new management was fantastic. Rachaels hospitality was exceptional. I would highly recommend the Swiss motel to anyone traveling to Jindy to begin or conclude their snow trip. Cant wait to return! Thank you once more! Warm regards, snowboarders, jim and tom!.

The place is simple, quiet, secure, and spotless. The price is reasonable for a budget motel. Ideal if you need to stay in town and are passing through. The shops are a fiveminute walk away. The service is prompt and courteous.

Even for a cheap motel, this was subpar. The receptionist was lovely. The shower was small and we had a very cold one. Very old inside. However, the bed was very comfortable and huge.

I have reserved a room for next week on my next trip. The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Basic but sufficient for my needs, which included a spotless bed, a spotless shower, heater, a tv, and tea and coffee facilities.

I would recommend this place as a good affordable accommodation. Some reviews left very negative feedback and i was a little worried about cleanliness etc but i was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very basic but the staff had turned on the electric blankets and the room heaters so it was nice and comfortable to walk into. Everything was clean but again, very basic.

If youre passing through town, this is a good budget hotel. The location was easy to find, and the beds were comfortable. It was wonderful that the motel was close to the town center! Wouldnt advise staying for more than a day because the bathroom had mildew, there was no mini kitchen, only a small fridge and kettle, and the walls were incredibly thin. The property appears to be poorly maintained, and it could use some handyman work and gardening.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit basic, but for the cheap price, i paid much more for much less. We are very welcoming and helpful to two very cold wet motorcycles.

This is a typical place to stay, nothing spectacular to anticipate. Its a good place to spend a night. For a family of three, it would be ideal to reserve unit 7. This unit has four bedrooms, a private kitchen, a tv, and three toilets. You can enjoy yourself in the communal dining area.

You get what you pay for. Clean but above all warm room with a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee for the night and the next morning. The owner made the effort to stay awake until just before midnight as we were running very late coming from up the coast and preheated the room for us on a very cold night. The electric blanket was fully functional and almost made us forget we were near the snow fields so close to winter.

Good price for a family room, but a bit squeezy. I had to go ask for more milk and sugar, tea and coffee for 5 of us to have 1 drink each. The staff were friendly.

Very clean, very cold with only a small fan heater which you have to sit on top of to try to keep warm. Not a good place for winter, the bed is comfortable with electric blankets which is the only way to keep warm. No microwave in the room, if you need to warm up something to eat you have to go out into the cold air and warm the food in the microwave located in the laundry. I stayed here for work away from home and there was no relaxation after working in the cold all day. Overnight stay would be enough for me, grew up and still live in a cold place but at least it is warm when i get home after a day of working in the cold.
