▶Check-in instructions
- Check-in is possible at the front desk or kiosk on the first floor, where you can get a room key
- When using the kiosk, enter the QR code or hotel reservation number on the reservation text
※ If you do not receive the reservation text by 2 PM on the day of check-in, please contact us in advance

- All rooms are non-smoking (200,000 won penalty if traces are found)
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash provided (no toothpaste, toothbrush, razor)
- Netflix and YouTube available in all rooms. (However, personal ID required / logout required upon check-out)
- No extra beds or baby supplies / bed guards available for free rental (limited quantity, free advance reservation)
- 11,000 won per night (pay on site) for additional bedding (only blankets provided)
- No occupancy exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in all rooms (including infants and toddlers)

- Passenger cars: Basement 1 mechanical parking (120 cars)
- Tower not allowed: Casper, Ray, G90, K9, electric cars, vans, SUVs, RVs, etc.
- Other vehicles that cannot be parked in the tower
**First-come, first-served parking (30 cars)**
- Basement 1 self-parking or outdoor parking next to the hotel
- Please park electric vehicles in the outdoor parking lot
- Please contact the front desk when using the outdoor parking lot to open or close it
- Please use the external public parking lot when the outdoor parking lot is full
※ We recommend that you come in a vehicle that can enter the tower if possible

▶Guide to housekeeping
- 2-3 nights, towels, water change, garbage collection
- 4 nights, 1 housekeeping (bedding change, floor cleaning)
