We stayed 3 nights for the metala concert. The hotel and staff were great. Very nice boutique hotel with many dining options nearby. Nice bar and pool table in the lobby. Free coffee in the morning. Very nice rooftop with heated pool. Make sure you park your car in their secure garage, the secure lot directly across the street, or meter parking on washington avenue. The least expensive option is meter parking via the app parkmobile. We had no problem finding parking within a block of the hotel. I would stay here again.

숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 위치가 자갈치시장쪽에서 매우 가까워서 위치면에서 좋아요, 차를 가지고 가시는분은 주차가 조금 힘들어서 그부분만 유의하시면 될거같아요

My room had an amazing view (and based on the direction of rooms I'm sure it's the same for all rooms). The service was pretty good - the safe wasn't working in the beginning so I called the reception and was replaced in five min. Included breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooftop bar wasn't open when we were there but will be open soon, again with awesome view.

We had a great time here! The pool area was laidback and enjoyable. We had a great time here overall! The best hotel ever! The entire crew was outstanding! Gretchen at the lobby bar was incredibly kind and always looked after us. Housekeeping arrived when we expected them to. The rooms were spotless, and they had a really cool vibe. Orlando was incredibly helpful and entertaining! Sheriffs patrolled the area for security and also guarded the entrance.

I didnt realize this hidden gem was in the city! I was captivated by the hobby as soon as we entered. I adore the retro but modern decor. We checked it quite late, and if you didnt have a key, you would have to wait for security to unlock the door for you. The front desk clerk was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet, and the hallways were clean. Our room was next to the city museum. The scenery wasnt the best, but it didnt bother us at all. Face towels and hand towels were missing, the mattress was a little filthy, and all they had on top was a sheet. Apart from that, the room was pretty clean. If you are familiar with the city, you know that downtown can get very crowded. I was awakened a few times by the street noise. It was so loud that it almost seemed like they were outside our room. When we arrived, the pool was closed, but we did check it out that morning. The pool area is lovely and has stunning views! In general, if we were in town, i would return and stay here.

We had no issues and had no interaction with the staff. The room has an industrial look which is great. Comfortable bed, large shower. Great location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.

A minor letdown. Read on. Lovely hotel with elegant decor and furnishings. Comfortable beds, a spacious room, and a bathroom with an xl shower, and cleanliness both inside and out. The staff, from the valet to the front desk to the lobby bartender, were outstanding. We were on a girls trip for a concert, and the rooftop bar gave this hotel an edge. The only reason i gave it four stars instead of five is that it was closed for the summer. The website states it is open. On the day of checkin, i even received a text advising me to enjoy the rooftop bar if we checked in early. The front desk agent said this is automated, and the manager should be informed. So he will be. We were allowed to hang out on the empty rooftop, which had a great view and vibe. The restaurant, ulucucina, was also closed due to a kitchen fire. The $40 parking fee seems a bit excessive, but at least it includes a valet. The location was an easy uber ride from the pageant concert hall and many restaurants. Walking distance to the Rooster for breakfast was great. I hope to return someday when everything is open.

In November 2023, my husband and i reserved this hotel. We spent two total nights there. The room was excellent, although a little chilly due to the cold weather. The bartender downstairs was the most thoughtful and kind individual. Given that it is in st. Louis, the location is what you would expect. There were shots fired outside our window the second night we stayed. However, i felt secure overall because the elevator required a key card, and the room door had an extra lock! My experience was excellent and i had a great time. Now, however, we were informed that our safety deposit had been returned to us, but when i spoke with my bank, they had no evidence of a funds release. As a result, the hotel has not given me my deposit and lied to me about the funds being released. I have emailed the hotel, but ive not received any response. This has been a problem for the past month.

The price of this hotel was reasonable for the view, pool, and rooms. Wish it hadnt been raining so i could go swimming. The staff was extremely friendly and enjoyable to talk to! It was nice to be greeted so warmly. The ceiling wasnt painted, unsure if thats the look they were going for or just havent gotten to it yet. The bed and blanket were incredibly soft and comfortable! Slept like a baby until the gunshots outside at 4 am. Its not the hotels fault, just the neighborhood is sketchy at night. Being in a city, you get that.

We recently returned from a fivenight stay with two rooms for a trip to san lisia. The hotel is a breath of fresh air, even though the downtown area is a little depressing. The rooms were large and each had a unique layout. The bathrooms are spacious and have a walkin shower, with excellent waterflow and temperature. The staff at the front desk, including erica, Rita, Tiffany, and paddy, as well as artur and Orlando, are wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. At the pool bar, amanda and dandan were also friendly and considerate of their guests, and the rooftop pool offers breathtaking views! Although we didnt get to meet any of the cleaning staff, they do a fantastic job. Every single employee simply cares about the experience of every visitor. Additionally, they have very friendly and genuinely engaged security at all times. Without a doubt, we would return to stay here.
