I had a pleasant stay at The Riverside Hotel in Gangnam. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, faced an issue with room—despite booking through Expedia where the listing clearly showed room with bathtub, were initially assigned two rooms without them. It took a third room change to finally get one with a bathtub, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable. The hotel facilities looked nice, although didn’t use them as the swimming pool and spa are chargeable, with discounts available, but the spa is exclusively for men. Overall, a good stay with a few hiccups along the way.

What a wonderful experience! The staffs personal touch is excellent. The rooms were immaculate. Last nights steak was just as delicious! We stayed at the hotel as a place to stay after the rugby. We will do it again and again! Riverside, thank you!.

다른 거는 참을 만했지만... 화장실에 화장지가 있는 상태로 투숙객을 받으셨군요.... 많이 놀랬습니다. 다음에는 그런일이 없길 바랍니다.

I had an amazing experience at the new Riverside spa and wellness centre. Such a lovely outdoor space where you can enjoy a variety of treatments while sipping on a delicious cocktail and canapes. The space and treatment areas are expertly designed, beautifully decorated and perfect for a relaxing break, even if its just a quick fix after a long day. The staff were friendly and the massage i received was amazing! Highly recommended!.

I will definitely return. Thursdays are the half price for curry. Had the most delectable lamb curry. Large serving served with rice, very crisp papadam, roti, and sambals. We appreciate mannie welcoming us. Our waiter provided excellent service.

This is the best hotel ive ever been to, to be honest. Its very nice and luxurious. The staff here are very nice, as is the food. Everything is absolutely delicious, it feels like you can stay and never leave. The wifi is also good. I will definitely come and stay here again. I have a very good time with my family.

I went to pick up a friend who was on conference for the week and the overall appearance of the hotel and conference facilities looked great. The staff were helpful in finding the correct conference room and were aware of what was going on at the hotel. Security was helpful even though it was very busy. I hope staying at the hotel will be a great experience.
