방문해 주셔서 감사합니다. 머무시는 동안 편안한 휴식이 되시기를 바라며, 모두를 위한 약속들을 안내해 드립니다.
#### 1. 체크인 및 입실 안내
1. **입/퇴실 시간:** 체크인은 **오후 3시~8시**, 체크아웃은 **오전 10시**까지입니다.
2. **주차 안내:** 숙소 내 주차는 불가합니다. 인근 '초량 차이나타운 공영주차장' 또는 '영주주차장'을 유료로 이용해 주세요.
3. **신분증 확인:** 예약하신 모든 분은 입실 전 호스트에게 신분증 사본을 보내주셔야 합니다. (예약자 외 대리 숙박이나 미예약 외부인의 출입은 절대 불가하며, 위반 시 보안상 전원 퇴실 조치됩니다.)
4. **출입 안내:**
* 현관 비밀번호는 체크인 1시간 내 혹은 숙소 근처 도착 후 메시지를 주시면 안내해 드립니다.
* **1층 문은 버튼을 이용해 잠금 해제하시고, 외출 시에는 반드시 잠가주세요.**
#### 2. 편안하고 조용한 휴식을 위하여 (필독)
5. **음주 및 파티 제한:** 이곳은 파티룸이 아닌 '숙박과 휴식'을 위한 공간입니다. 파티 및 소란 행위, 음주는 금지됩니다. (위반 시 즉시 퇴실 및 환불 불가) 예외적인 상황은 예약전 미리 문의해 주세요.
6. **정숙 시간:** 방음이 취약하여 오후 9시 이후에는 소음이 발생하지 않도록 배려 부탁드립니다. 소음 민원 문제로 부득이하게 어린이를 동반한 가족 예약은 받기 어려운 점 양해 바랍니다.
7. **금연 및 화기 금지:** 숙소 내에서는 절대 금연이며, 화기 사용을 엄격히 금지합니다.
#### 3. 객실 및 편의시설 이용
8. **냉난방 이용:**
* **에어컨:** 5월 31일~9월 30일간 가동됩니다. 외출 시에는 꼭 꺼주시고, 가동 시 화장실 문과 창문을 닫아주세요.
* **보일러:** 온도 조절이 필요하시면 도착 당일 오후 3시~8시 사이에 호스트에게 말씀해 주세요.
9. **와이파이(Wi-Fi):** 입실 즉시 사용 가능합니다.
10. **세탁기:** 정상 작동 시 유료로 사용 가능하며, 그 외에는 숙소 주변 셀프 빨래방을 이용해 주세요. (타월은 1인 1일 1장 제공됩니다.)
11. **객실 폐쇄:** 4명 이하 예약 시, 2개 객실 중 1개는 폐쇄될 수 있으니 필요시 미리 문의 바랍니다.
#### 4. 주방 및 음식물 섭취
12. **조리 안내:** 냄새가 심한 요리(고기 굽기, 튀김 등)는 벽지와 침구 손상의 원인이 되어 절대 불가하며, 간단한 조리만 가능합니다.
13. **주방 비품:** 식수는 별도로 준비해 주세요. 숙소 내에 칼, 가위 등 흉기가 될 만한 물품은 비치되어 있지 않습니다.
14. **음식물 섭취:** 침구류 오염 방지를 위해 침대 위에서의 섭취는 피해주시고 지정된 장소를 이용해 주세요.
#### 5. 안전과 에티켓
15. **이동 시 주의:** 층간 소음 방지와 바닥 보호를 위해 실내에서는 신발(슬리퍼 포함)을 벗어주시고, 캐리어는 들어서 이동해 주세요.
16. **화장실 이용:** 공용 공간이므로 사용 시 노크해 주시고, 안에서는 문을 꼭 잠가주세요. 특히 이성 게스트가 있을 경우 서로 각별한 배려 부탁드립니다.
17. **외출 시 점검:** 외출 시 에어컨, 전등, 콘센트를 확인해 주세요. 가스레인지 사용 후에는 환기를 위해 창문을 열되 방문은 닫아주세요.
18. **보안 카메라(CCTV):** 게스트의 안전과 분실물 확인 등을 위해 보일러실, 계단, 외부(출입문)에 24시간 작동 중입니다. (침실, 화장실 등 사적인 공간은 비추지 않습니다.) 카메라를 가릴 경우 강제 퇴실 사유가 되며, 문제 발생 시 증거 자료로 활용됩니다.
19. **기물 파손 및 배상:** 숙소 비품을 소중히 다뤄주세요. 파손 시 미리 알려주셔야 원활한 협의가 가능합니다. (현재 일부 탁자와 의자는 파손으로 인해 사용이 중지된 상태입니다.)
> **유의사항:** 위 규정을 위반하거나 숙소 내 사고 및 피해 발생 시 민형사상 책임과 손해배상이 청구될 수 있으며, 환불 없이 퇴실 조치될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
>**3층으로의 출입은 절대 금지이며, 출입시 주거침입으로 간주됩니다.

### [Work-Life Balance Guest House House Rules]
Welcome! We hope you have a relaxing stay. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please read and observe the following guidelines.
#### 1. Check-in & Entry
1. **Check-in/Out:** Check-in is from **3:00 PM to 8:00 PM**, and Check-out is by **10:00 AM**.
2. **Parking:** On-site parking is not available. Please use the nearby paid public parking lots: 'Choryang Chinatown Public Parking Lot' or 'Yeongju Parking Lot'.
3. **ID Verification:** All guests must send a copy of their ID to the host before arrival. (For security reasons, unregistered guests or substitute guests are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the eviction of the entire group.)
4. **Entry:**
* The door code will be sent 1 hours before check-in or when you message us upon arrival near the accommodation.
* **Please unlock the 1st-floor door using the button and ensure it is locked when you go out.**
#### 2. For a Quiet & Safe Stay (Important)
5. **No Parties & Drinking:** This space is for rest, not parties. **Drinking, loud disturbances, and parties are strictly prohibited.** (Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.) Please inquire with the host in advance for exceptional circumstances.
6. **Quiet Hours:** Soundproofing is limited, so please keep noise to a minimum after **9:00 PM**. Due to noise complaints, we are unable to accept reservations for families with children.
7. **No Smoking & Fire Hazards:** Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
#### 3. Facilities & Amenities
8. **Climate Control:**
* **A/C:** Available from May 31st to September 30th. Please turn it off when going out. When running the A/C, please close the windows and bathroom door.
* **Heating (Boiler):** If you need temperature adjustments, please contact the host between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
9. **Wi-Fi:** Available immediately upon arrival.
10. **Laundry:** The washing machine is available for a fee (if operational). Otherwise, please use a nearby coin laundry. (One towel per person per day is provided.)
11. **Room Availability:** For bookings of 4 people or fewer, one of the two rooms may be closed. Please inquire in advance if you need both.
#### 4. Kitchen & Dining
12. **Cooking:** Only simple cooking is allowed. Foods with strong odors or grease (e.g., grilling meat, deep frying) are **prohibited** to protect the wallpaper and bedding.
13. **Kitchen Items:** Please bring your own drinking water. For safety reasons, knives and scissors are not provided.
14. **Eating:** To prevent staining the bedding, please do not eat on the beds. Please use the designated table.
#### 5. Safety & Etiquette
15. **Moving Around:** To protect the floor and reduce noise, **please lift your luggage** when moving it. Please remove your shoes (including slippers) inside the rooms.
16. **Restroom Use:** As it is a shared space, please knock before entering and lock the door when inside. Please be especially considerate if guests of different genders are present.
17. **Going Out:** When leaving, please turn off the A/C, lights, and unplug electronics. After using the gas stove, open windows for ventilation but keep the room doors closed.
18. **CCTV:** Cameras are recording 24/7 in the boiler room, stairs, and exterior entrance for safety and security. (Private areas like bedrooms and bathrooms are **not** recorded.) **Blocking the cameras will result in forced eviction.** Footage may be used as evidence if legal issues arise.
19. **Damages:** Please treat items with care. If damage occurs, inform us immediately to discuss a resolution. (Note: Some tables and chairs are currently out of use due to damage.)
> **Notice:** Violations of these rules, damage to property, or causing harm within the accommodation will result in civil/criminal liability and damage charges. Guests may be evicted without a refund.
**Access to the third floor is absolutely prohibited, and it is considered a residential intrusion upon entry.
