During my stay here, I think I will never come here again. Having said that, I wish I could have got a better hotel. All rooms are unique with good character, cleanliness is good with a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was ok, the host is helpful and friendly. This is the first time this place has a good atmosphere for walking to all Torlogo attractions.

From pre-arrival communication to the moment we left, every aspect of our three-night trip was excellent. Excellent and very helpful receptionist. Excellent value, secure parking, well-appointed clean rooms, great breakfast, amazing location, and general feeling of a home away from home. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you to everyone at this bad hotel.

Toledo is situated on a tall hill. The most of the sights are at the top. There is some walking up and down from the hotel that is half way up the hill. If youre healthy, you should be fine, but you should be aware. My room was comfy and nicely furnished. When I arrived, I was riding a motorbike, and there was some difficulty because the buses on the main road could not get past. With prompt assistance and guidance from the personnel, this could have been prevented. To avoid embarrassment, you should park on the little cobbled square facing the hotel side if youre traveling by bike or by car.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great position. This hotel is in a good location, but not extraordinary. The front desk girl's attitude towards the young girl is nothing special, the older lady who works at the front desk is also very kind.

The hotel was simple to find with a satnav. There are three parking spaces at the end of the hotel for parking and unloading luggage. The friendly lady at reception gave us clear and simple instructions on how to park our car in the hotels designated parking areas in a multi-storey parking lot minutes away. Calle grade lobo. You are given a key and fob to enter and exit the parking lot when needed. Our room 36 was on the third floor and accessed via lift or stairs and was lovely with air conditioning, a double bed, and a bed on the mezzanine floor. The room had a safe, kettle, and no fridge, but cold milk was available on request at reception for a cup of tea. There is a coffee machine accessible 24 hours a day. Breakfast was continental and delicious fresh fruit, bread, and meats, despite the croissants being packaged and dry. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, with the plaza de Zocodover an uphill 5 minute walk and the 100 year old former mosque then Christian church up the steps where the drop-off parking spaces are. I recommend staying here if you like small, relaxed hotels if you want corporate or grand, this isn't for you.
