Hôtel adaptée aux familles et très bien situé, à 500m de la plage et le centre ville accessible à pieds. Le personnel est très accueillant. La restauration au top 👍 rien n'a dire. Accès au spa 1h par jour. Les piscines sont propres. Les bémols: c'est la course pour avoir la transate, le hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour. Qualité et prix raisonnable.

Un hôtel bien situé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. À 5 min de la plage à pied et à 3 minutes de marche pour aller sur la rue principale des boutiques. Les piscines de l’hôtel sont propres et bien pour les enfants en bas âge. Le bar de l’hôtel se trouve à côté avec la possibilité de prendre des snacks.

C est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet hôtel. Super service, accueil personnel rien à redire très à l'écoute. Le buffet de repas et petit déjeuner très bon.

Glimrende kjempestort og lekkert hotell! Men det manglet alle opplysninger om hvor de enkelte tilbud befant seg! Hvor var baren, frokostsalen, lekerom og salonger, aftenopptreden etc! 9 etasjer med forskjellige heiser og enorme flater i hver etasje gjorde det vanskelig å orientere se. Takket vennlige værelsespiker fant vi hva vi søkte etter mye virring i etasjer og korridorer! Brosjyre!!!

The food at the hotel was excellent. Fantastic force. The rooms were spacious and clean, and air conditioning was excellent. Cleanliness at the hotel was impeccable all day, everywhere you looked. As we arrived early in the morning, we might have received a bottle of water. I personally found entertainment to be a little late, and the all-inclusive stops for one hour in the morning 1011, if you want a drink, you have to pay. All of the other food throughout the day was wonderful, with a wide selection and a very good standard. There aren't enough sunbeds or chairs for the number of guests, but they won't let you in the pool area until 900 am, which prevents a lot of bed reservations that don't get occupied. If you go for am, you will always get something. The only problem I have was that there was an incident that required police. The reception did not want to call, no manager was called and had to protest to get them called. The police were wonderful, and I'm not happy that we were ordered to return the following day after an incident occurred late in the afternoon or early evening. Apart from that, the holiday was excellent, I enjoy showcasing all the bad restaurant and bar personnel were wonderful, lovely, and welcoming, very accommodating.

The facility is close to the beach and a wide variety of excellent restaurants and eateries. There is a beach just a 5-minute walk as well. We had a fantastic holiday here, and the variety of meals and meats provided for lunch and dinner was impressive. The service was pleasant, and the staff was cozy. The bathroom was powerful, clean, and straightforward. The pool was tidy, and there were a few nice slides for kids and families, but there weren't many sunbeds, so I had to wait until the morning to reserve them. The afternoon entertainment was adequate, with activities throughout the day and something in the evening. There are many excellent eateries and stores nearby, but it is not always ideal for families with young children. The all-inclusive selection is sufficient, and you won't have to wait too long to get them.

It's a wonderful place. We cherished our vacation, as did the kids. The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was tidy. I highly recommend this place. I appreciate your assistance in making our stay so simple. I had a great time while watching the slides.

The only downside part is the transfer time was almost 2 hours and they told us about this for an hour and a quarter. Plus, they didn't serve any drink, not even a cup of coffee, and not even an air bottle.

Overall a pleasant hotel. We stayed for 10 nights with a family of 6 people. The food was delicious. The room was basic but did its job. Drinks were always flat at the pool bar and the pool was overcrowded and there was not enough sunbed.

Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok.
