During our four nights at Aluaaun Carolina, we had a great time. It was in an ideal location, situated on a lovely sandy beach, to escape London. Our thanks to all the amazing staff, from reception to housekeeping, and, of course, to Olivia, the manager, for making our stay memorable through their honest and welcoming service! Perhaps one thing should be improved, and why not fresh juice? As a result, the all-inclusive package includes cocktails.

I just got back from this fantastic hotel. Situated around 3 am in the center of Call Ratjada, with direct access from the pool area to the beach of Sa Font de Sa Call. Lovely allinclusive hotel for adults with lovely rooms with a sea outlook all around. Modern furnished rooms, large bathroom with a rain shower. Nice balcony and comfy beds. Restaurant food with a buffet buffet and an excellent selection. The restaurant and the rest of the hotel have best hygiene standards. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful especially Enrico speaks all the languages. Lovely outdoor pool with a view of the ocean with plenty of sun loungers some of them need to be replaced but they are busy and plenty of parasols. Great bar next to the pool where you can also have snacks during the day. The pool area lacks a pool area with no toilets. You have to walk up some stairs or use the slightly sloped ramp up to the hotel itself where youll find very clean toilets. The hotel also has a heated indoor pool with liftaccess for disabled persons. I liked it so much that I thought about returning in September.

I will never hesitate to stay at this place. The ambiance is great because everyone is able to keep up with the constant requests of customers. Despite being a foreign hotel, it is rather tranquil. Even though it isn't a problem for the hotels to select a hotel based on the evaluations and stunning photos on a website, it is never simple to pick one. The extremely pleasant Carlo at the front desk offered us a glass of champagne and demanded a meal, saying, "If I want to eat," which dramatically improved our spirits and set the tone for the vacation as the lunch service is coming to a close, leave your luggage and check you in later. Given how much I played and how excellent the hotel was!. The room was very clean, contemporary, and contemporary, and warm. The view was stunning, and we enjoyed seeing the sun rise from the water out of our hotel window. It was all fresh, and the personnel, from the cook to the waiter, was always friendly and accommodating. Its an international hotel, but everyone settles in and creates a nice atmosphere. The smoking zones should be strengthened more, as this occasionally caused some guests to feel uncomfortable while attending the evening's entertainment. Aside from that, the wifi occasionally went a little weak, and I used my data for the majority of my visits. These are extremely, extremely brief things that did not

We really enjoyed every minute of our visit. Amazing value for money. beautiful location. We returned feeling completely renewed and at ease. The shuttle transportation from the airport to the lodging took about 2 and a half hours and was the only part worth considering, which is completely not the hotel's fault. My companion and I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The service we received was excellent. The employees are all very nice, welcoming, kind, and considerate. To ensure customer satisfaction, they go above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. Both the indoor and outdoor pool area are stunning, and full use of the sauna and steam room was an added bonus. The sky bar is stunning and ideal place to unwind during the day. The beach is beautiful, just a stone's throw away, and quite quiet. You can either pay for sunbeds or use your own towel. There is never a lot of choice on the pool deck. The cuisine and meals were fantastic, with a wide variety of options and were all to a very good standard. Daytime and evening entertainment were both wonderful, with a fantastic mix of events. The disco after evening entertainment was a wonderful bonus, and rooms are pretty much soundproof due to this that it does not disrupt slumber. There are nice little extra luxuries in all inclusive that make the entire experience feel more person-centered and client-focused.

My wife and I recently returned from a daybreak here, and what a fantastic time we had. We arrived in the early hours of the morning to arrange a private transfer, the shared transfer was horrible nearly 2 hours from the airport, not the hotel issue, I must add! But we were greeted by a friendly face, who immediately introduced us to the restaurant where we could get a drink and snack from a small selection of food that had been prepared for late arrivals. This was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, comfortable and offered stunning views of the ocean. We spent 4 days just relaxing by the pool, eating, reading, and drinking. There is enough space near the pool for everyone, and the wonderful beach and crystal clear water are literally a few steps away from the pool area. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic, both from the poolside snack bar and the main restaurant, with so much choice, all freshly cooked. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for a couples break.
