Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€.•Parties or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or the police, security, or neighbors get involved, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to any fines from the police).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
