Apartamento Barbastro

We invite you to familiarize yourself with our apartment rules. We are confident that by following them, you will have the most comfortable stay possible.

1) Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out time: 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
3) A surcharge of €25 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, and €40 applies for check-ins after midnight. Late check-ins are payable in cash.
You must notify us in advance of a late check-in. If you fail to notify us in advance, we reserve the right to accommodate you the following day. Let's respect each other's time!
4) Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €50.
5) We take coexistence with our neighbors very seriously, so making any noise that could disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM.
6) Parties (drinking alcohol) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Inviting guests not specified in the reservation is not permitted.
8) At the end of the stay, the tenant is obliged to leave kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pots, cutlery) clean.
9) When leaving the apartment, always ensure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.

Please note that the city tax is €1.93 per person per day and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The security deposit is €300.
The security deposit is collected in cash upon check-in and is returned on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected.
