Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 70 that has to be paid in cash.Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC.
