Please note:- The property does the cleaning after check-out.- Guest cannot smoke inside the property but is allowed to smoke outside.- Payment before arrival via Credit Card is required. Initial 50% payment upon booking and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days before check-in. Damages will be charged the debit/credit card, or use the security deposit provided at the time of booking or the check-in.Any breach of house rules or damage to the property may result in the use of deposit money for its repair, as stipulated in the contract with the property.• Rooms with sea view or mountain view are subject to availability.
