Me gustó mucho la limpieza de todo el hotel y el buffet que tienen que es muy completo y está muy bueno todo. Además, todos los empleados super majos y agradables, les doy un 10. Lo que menos me gustó fue la espera de los ascensores en hora punta (aunque es lo que tiene viajar con niños :-) )

Although there are a few highlights that we can't mention in the comments below because we only slept there for one night, the hotel was excellent value. When we got there in a thunderstorm, we had a problem because we couldn't park close to the hotel. We were very pleased with our little apartment because of the kind staff, good service, and an excellent package. We had a billboard, and we were quite pleased with the food and service that was available. Overall, we stayed in 7 hotels across the Spanish coast for 8 days, and this was one of our favorites.

The hotel is in a great location, along the beach, and our top-floor room has a wonderful view of the old town. The parking nearby was easy to find when we traveled by car because the area didn't seem overcrowded. The check-in desk staff wasn't really talking, but they were totally different at the checkout, and they even showed us the spa entrance and fresh towels for showering after a day on the beach. The apartment's equipment is simple, with plastic plates rolled in plastic paper, which was horrible, completely unnecessary, and unfriendly to the environment. The keycard system was so noisy that we were forced to leave the card during the night and not be able to charge our devices. Even though we had booked for three, there were dishes and balcony equipment just for two people, and we had to build a third bed from a sofa all by ourselves. The hotel is promoted as having a pool, but unfortunately it is situated in a neighborhood. The food at the restaurant was adequate for dinner, but terrible for breakfast cold eggs, two or three days old bread, and the staff barely spoke English. Very fair price, but service should be much better for a threestar hotel.

The price was worth it with the facilities provided. It's close to the hotel because in the off season, it is usually packed with spanish tourists taking package trips. We were able to park immediately outside the hotel. Our room had a balcony on the top floor. Although the plunge pool on the balcony is dangerous, the view from the room is breathtaking, and overlooks the sea, old town, and castle. The room suite was inexpensively furnished. There was a lounge area and kitchenette, but the bedroom was small. Breakfast and dinner were buffets, like a canteen, but with plenty to eat.

El parque acuático les gustó mucho a mis hijos (8 y 6 años), aunque no está en el mismo hotel, sino a 3min andando. El buffet era bastante bueno.

They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view.
