They let us check in early, saw from my passport it was my birthday and placed a bittle of fizz in the room. Clean ,great location ,will use again if visiting Benidorm

My stay at this hotel was made exceptional by the outstanding reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was greeted with an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise since I hadn't originally booked for that time. They even went above and beyond to give me a room with a better view, which I really appreciated. The rooms were great overall, although some aspects could use a little freshening up, like the walls. However, the comfort and cleanliness were top-notch. The pool area was a nice and quiet retreat, perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that the pool didn't get sun all day, as it moved behind the buildings. Despite this, I still enjoyed my time there, and the exceptional service from the receptionists truly made my stay memorable.

After a three-night stay, I've just checked out. We were pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous our room on the 3 th floor was by the sea view. Kitchen bathroom is spotless and furnished with everything you could need. We've slept on beds on a large balcony in any hotel. There are numerous English channels to choose from. Snack bars in the pool were excellent. Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints and will definitely return. Thanks!.

Having stayed here before about 5 years ago, we were amazed by the quality of the renovation. Probably going to return one day. Great air conditioning. To all UK channels at no extra charge. Good quality mattress. On par with inn standards back home.

Very beautiful and tidy apartment staff, helpful and friendly pool area for children, it's great if there's a snack bar, but overall a great vacation. I will stay in this place again. The location is amazing.

The whole staff is very kind. The apartment is big, with everything you need. The beach is accessible on foot. Great! Everything you need is located next to the road. The swimming pool is not huge, but ample when you have the sea at the end of the road. Congratulations! We like it very much.

I would not recommend to stay here with kids. I would recommend rubber feet for the chairs in the rooms because it would help. I would not recommend coming here with children. Only 1 small mirror in the bathroom that I could only see my head in but there was plenty of space in the living area to have a full length mirror so just another suggestion All in all a lovely hotel but maybe stick to the no henstag more than 8 policy to reduce noise.
