We think Costa Mar is very well situated between to livlier places each 15 mins walk away. Pocillos is quiet with a large Spar supermarket opposite (good prices). 3 places to eat . We think, La Marisma is the nicest, food very good, waiters/owner are very nice people. The beach is large with nice sand. The pool area is on the small side for this large complex but lots of loungers poolside bar. Wifi is free only in the lounge, reception is big with comfortable seating and counter staff were helpful. The room we had on top floor had a great sea view and a good size, King size bed, nice little kitchen with everything there (they sell large mugs in Spar euro3). Lots of comfy furniture, Newly renovated shower/toilet room, Lots of hot water all the time. Place was very clean, a large terrace with lounger/table/chairs. A few pictures on the wall would have been a nice touch. Only found 2 english TV chan's. There are quite steep stairs to the top apartments but there is a road which takes a few more mins. As a 3*, we think this is a lovely place to stay and better than many other 3* we've been to.

It’s a great ambiance for us who’s looking for a peace and quiet place to stay .Staffs accommodates us with happy welcoming ,service is excellent and also the food itself buffet both breakfast and supper is superb, we can’t ask for more as we receive the best of everything . We surely come back and back again no doubt .

Bardzo dobre śniadania w formie bufetu. Nigdy nic nie brakowało. Obsługa hotelu pomocna i uprzejma. Plaże bardzo blisko i bardzo duża - były darmowe leżaki :). W okolicy spora ilość wypożyczalni samochodowych i dużo miejsca by zaparkować samochód koło mieszkania, w okolicy sporo sklepów, barów...Niedaleko lotniska, można było przespacerować się deptakiem do pasów startowych i podziwiać z bliska lądowanie lub start samolotów - super wrażenia.

Our apartment had an absolutely huge and quite private terrace. So big, you could have a party on it! We had a 2nd floor apartment with views of the beach and could enjoy the sunrise in the morning, if you're up that early! Lovely quiet area. Bus stop practically outside our block.

Lovely pool, great breakfast, clean and tidy and they couldn't have done more for us. The room we were allocated was just lovely. The hotel is a LITTLE far away from the main parts of Puerto del Carmen, but right on the (massive) beach, so if all you want is to relax and don;t mind a 3-5 euro cab ride to main restaurants etc, then this is your place :-)

Estuvimos la ultima noche en este apartahotel. Sales del apartamento y ya estas en la playa. Nos dejaron hacer el check-out a la hora que quisiésemos para poder ducharnos después de ir a la playa antes de coger el vuelo de vuelta. El dormitorio muy amplio y el apartamento también

Get what you pay for , accommodation very basic and dated , doesn't bother me as it's only somewhere to sleep , breakfast was enjoyable in the more modern restaurant,pool fine and excellent location for venturing out ,Lots of restaurants n bars nearby

Sehr großräumiges Apartment, voll ausgestattete Küche, die Einrichtung in die Jahre gegangen, trotzdem gut gewartet. Bus / Strand in der Nähe, Lebensmittelmarkt in 30 Sekunden zu Fuß zu erreichen.
