First time staying here, the auto-check in procedure was totally new to me but worked perfectly (just click on the "open door" link buttons in the confirmation email and hey presto the doors click open. Room was small but very clean and comfortable bed. Only complaint was no towels in my room and no staff to ask, otherwise all good, great central location and will definitely stay here again if price is as good

Centralt och våran ac fungerade. Men två andra par i huset hade otur med trasig ac och det fanns inget service nr att ringa. En flicka kom ej in i sitt rum.koden funkade ej .hon fick sitta och sova i trappan. Det bör finnas ett tel nr i entrén om något strular

No support provided as uts a self service hotel. Never seen any staff at the property and check in and out all done remotely and all messages sent in Spanish. Please English speakers, thus is not your place. I sent a message asking them to communicate in English without success. I was lucky to meet a guy at the entrance who helped me with translation otherwise I wouldn't be able to check in. Need a staff at the property to support people.

Der Check in war komplett automatisiert übers Internet und sehr einfach. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, was auch zu meinem Punkteabzug führt. Es war so klein, dass man sich nicht normal auf die Toilette setzen könnte, sondern schräg darauf sitzen musste.

+ Digital door system to front door and room door, don’t have to worry to loose your key, only worry to not have battery on your phone ;) + Location, in the middle of all action. + Strong hair dryer. + Very friendly cleaning lady. - The stairs, not for old people or people with knee problem etc. Especially to top floor. - Bed sheets too small, keep coming off the bed. - Pillows too hard and too high. Bring your own pillow if you are sensitive to hard and high pillows. - Small room, nowhere to put your check in bag.

Hotel er ok. Good location, close to everything. Room was clean. Toilet Seat was destroit. The sheets in the bed to smal. But for this price was good and can not complain.

Really great location, easy and interesting online check in, clean. We got quite small bed for two ppl, that was a bit uncomfortable. Small sheets were so annoying as during the night it will be completely taken off from mattress, so most of the night we would sleep on bare mattress. Security of the room was horible, cause we could open locked door with a bit harder push. But all halls were covered with cameras. Small bathroom was not a problem, but with no privacy, as it has sliding door with no noise deduction.

The room was pretty small which would have been okay however there was a lack of any storage so room was very difficult to keep tidy. The sheet for our bed was too small and kept coming off and we’d wake up lying on the mattress which is not clean. The toilet door was a sliding door which did not fully close and we had to sit sideways on the toilet. There was also no towel or mat to stand on getting in/out of the shower which meant it was impossible not to get the small bathroom floor area wet which left the room feeling damp.

The room was vlean and tidy. But the problem was toilet seat. Toilet is situated in front of bathroom which makes it impossible to enter in the bath. Toilet seat facing wall which make it impossible to sit on the commod/toilet seat.

Boendet var väldigt enkelt, den digitala incheckningen som var på spanska var katastrofal! Att bära upp våra resväskor uppför branta smala trappor med höga trappsteg var nästan en omöjlighet. Nödutgångar och instruktion för brand saknades helt. Kan nämnas att det var gångavstånd till matbutiker, restauranger och old town
