Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Traumhafter Bluck aufs Meer. Sehr schöne, moderne und gemütliche Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko, das Drum Herum ist aktuell nicht sehr einladend und das große Hotel nebenan wir renoviert und man hat somit Baustellengeräusche. (Hier wäre eine Info vorab sehr schön gewesen)

I cannot explain how lovely most of the staff at this hotel are. It is so important and makes such a difference. Paula in the main restaurant was outstanding, as was Javier the lifeguard. It is ~25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to which is lovely after a 4 hour flight. The renovations are stunning. The quality of the beds, the bar furniture, fixtures and fittings is really evident. All inclusive drinks and food - outstanding. There was even à la carte ‘snack bar’ restaurant food between 12-6 which was wonderful. I don’t often consider returning to the same place, but if I were to go back to Tenerife, I would seriously think about it. Don’t hesitate to book.

Eine renovierte Anlage mit ruhigem und modernem Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll in erdigen Farben eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber. Das Gym ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und ordentlich. Die Qualität der Speise ist gehoben und und die Auswahl sehr gut. Auch das à la carte Restaurant war gut. Einzige 3 Kritikpunkte: 1. Das Wifi könnte eine bessere Performance haben (es ist aber immer vorhanden und funktioniert), 2. in unseren Augen gehören Toilettenbürsten in jedes Bad, 3. so freundlich es auch ist, dass die Kellner einem jedes Glas Wasser und jeden Kaffee persönlich einschenken, so langsam geschieht das bei vollem Speisesaal. Eine Zapfstelle wäre zusätzlich wünschenswert. Für uns war das ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können.

The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Thank you everyone for making our nine day stay so magical. Tereza and John X

Das Personal, von Reinigungskräften bis zum Entertainment, waren alle immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel, it’s truly beautiful, immaculate, and very thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The food deserves a special mention: absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights and never once had the same thing at the buffet. Everything was delicious, original, and clearly prepared with creativity and quality in mind. The staff were incredible across the board, from front office to the bar and restaurant. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and full of good humour, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in a sea-facing suite, which was lovely and added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. To top it all off, there was live entertainment every night with a great mix of music, from Spanish classics to a super fun ABBA night. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend.
