Me voy muy contento con la estancia, incluso hice una solicitud antes de llegar y fue gestionada muy bien. La única pega que le pongo es la conexión Wifi, deja que desear pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Es un lugar encantador, precioso, con una decoración árabe muy bonita. Parece un vergel.lleno de plantas, flores, árboles....olía de maravilla. Está muy cerca de lugares preciosos como Úbeda, Baeza Cazorla... Estuvimos genial.en la cabaña con nuestra perra, ningún problema. Volveremos seguroooo!! Y además escuchamos en el.balneario al guitarrista José Romero, UNA PASADA!!! ENHORABUENA!!!

The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression.

Very welcoming, relaxed with no frills. A very Spanish spa experience with great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Food was great and excellent value, enjoyed watching the Spanish having a ballroom dancing evening. Service was very warm and friendly and definitely worth a stay.

Upon arriving as I passed by and wanted to stop just for lunch, the tapas were delicious and the service was very similar, so I stayed here. The accommodation was adequate and comfortable, and the spa treatment facilities were great even found staff members who could speak English. I didn't try the restaurant, but the tapas at the bar were sufficient. I'll definitely come back!.

I enjoyed my trip and will be back one day. I appreciate the amazing massage service provided by the employees here. The only negative thing about this place is the rude attitude of the receptionist employee who doesn't act like a shaman and don't offer cold milk next to the cereal.

The hotel was so relaxing and fun, the staff was very helpful and the installation was also great. The indoor pool has a water massage and the outdoor pool opens late and closes early, with a snack bar to enjoy warm evenings. Especially the pool area and outdoor pool which are very relaxing.

We recently returned from a two-night vacation with friends. We reserved superior double rooms, which were roomy and cozy, although the mattresses were a touch firm, but this is just a matter of personal preference. We booked half board, and breakfast was sufficient with a choice of cereal, cheese, meats, fruit, and pastries, as well as tostadas. The dining room personnel was really helpful, so we only had to inquire about something, such as cold milk, to request. The dinner was excellent value for the money, and the price included wine and water. The reception personnel dealt with all of our requests or inquiries promptly and efficiently, and the hotel was tidy. There was a large outdoor pool, but since it was mid-September, it was closed for the season, but the indoor heated pool was excellent. The only disappointing aspect was that a spa circuit was included in our invoice, but it wasn't a separate area, rather it was on one side of the pool, which we didn't consider a spa circuit, but the pool was excellent and certainly made up for the inconvenience. My friend had a full-body massage, which she said was excellent value for the money, and several other treatments were offered. Lite speciellt boende, vi bodde i små stugor i ett fint område. Valet av hotellet var bland annat tillgången av utomhus pool som visade sig inte vara öppen trots +38-42 grader, ingen information om detta vid bokningen. Varje dag blev vi bortmotade från bordet vi satt oss vid under frukosten, inga skyltar som visade reserverat. Frukosten genomgående tunn, inga varma rätter utan allt kallt inklusive ägg, inga grönsaker som ex tomat eller gurka.

Me gusta mucho el balneario por dentro y por fuera. Sus instalaciones están muy bien equipadas y sus exteriores también. Éste año es la tercera vez que repetía y me ha decepcionado muchísimo, el personal poco amable, sobre todo la socorrista de la piscina y una camarera del restaurante, también comida escasa restaurante, mucho ruido personal limpieza y albañiles zona piscina trabajando en plena temporada de semana santa. Contraté un masaje integral y el masajista me dejó todo el cuerpo dolorido en vez de relajarme. He estado cerca de dos semanas con dolores y no me dolía nada antes del masaje. Ésta vez ha sido un verdadero desastre. Y por último compramos unas cremas y la recepcionista nos cobró 10 euros más del precio que estaba al público diciéndonos que era el precio del año anterior. Al año que viene cambiaremos de balneario.
