We stayed here for 1 night and luckily got upgraded from a hotel room to a loft. It was great, bed was comfortable and clean. Had a little coffee bar with some snacks, which is always nice. The staff were very nice! Only a 5 min walk to Gran Via. Great location, would definitely recommend !

Perfect stay for our night in Madrid! We loved the roof top with free refreshments and the neighborhood was very walkable to nearby stores/cafes/etc. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a good value for money option, the hotel has what's needed for the night and I really liked the location. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for me, as it's a Handicap equipped bathroom.

Great budget accommodation in the heart of Madrid! And of course, who can beat Chueca? The neighborhood is vibrant, diverse, welcoming, and just plain fun. The hotel was exactly as advertised. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was outstanding, especially during the intense heat wave that hit Madrid while we were there. Housekeeping was prompt every day, with fresh towels and a spotless room. A nice bonus was the complimentary coffee machine, along with pastries and fresh fruit available on the top floor throughout the day. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Madrid.

Gostei muito! Ponto perfeito. Perto da Gran Via, comércio abundante na rua do B&B. Quarto limpo, tudo certinho para uma hospedagem tranquila. Café, frutas e biscoitos à vontade. Todo dia um carinho em forma de biscoito ou enroladinho de chocolate na porta do quarto. A equipe de funcionários super gentil e prestativa. Com certeza, volto a me hospedar.

I stayed here as a solo traveller and would highly recommend it to other travellers! Everything was very clean, staff were great, air conditioning worked great (which was lovely considering I went in the summer and it was very hot outside). The location was amazing, felt very safe the entire trip as the location is in a main shopping area so there was always lots of people around during the day. Very walkable to many locations. Also the coffee/juice/fruit/snacks available made the experience even better! Highly recommend!
