Todo muy bien excepto el ascensor que tarda mucho para esperarlo y para que suba y baje, tal vez por lo viejo que está; no quisieron hacer mi Checkin sin que presentara documento a pesar de que indiqué que lo presentaría después aunque comprendo que debe ser política y el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba tenía que bajar y subir para pedir algo

We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel in Vigo. The Hotel offers a cozy atmosphere and excellent value for the money. The room was very clean, well maintained, with a spectacular view (from the 6th floor). It is very conveniently located across from the Vigo-Urzais train station and a Shopping Center with plenty of shops, restaurants and all kind of amenities. We recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location.

What a great hotel! Convenient to get all around Vigo. Turned out great it was right across from the mall and the bus station. Marta at check-in was also super helpful and nice. Breakfast was great too!

The location is unbeatable—directly across from the train/bus stations and a mall, making travel and shopping incredibly easy. The standout, however, was the service. Marta at the front desk was a lifesaver; she handled our restaurant reservations when our phones failed and got us into an exclusive spot. Her food recommendations were excellent. We will definitely be back!
